Its near everything.near the mall.near the beach.lots of restaurants.if you want to use uber eats to eat,easy to order and easy to locate.hotel has 4 pools available.the view was great when you are in 51st floor.

Everything is good except there’s seems to always be congested waiting time for the lifts going up or down most times.

We had a high floor xx-105 that is not exactly the rounded corner balcony but was still a great stay. The furniture and fittings are modern and non-frills. We love the branded soaps, the strong aircon, the convenient cardkeys, and the direct link to the casino. Everything is so convenient, i dont know what else to ask for. Oh, the ocean view is blocked, but we stayed at surfers paradise before this, so we are not exactly looking for that same view again. Goldcoast city view is also stunning.

The facility is very new. The environment is very comfortable. I really like the swimming pools. The balcony views. Good choice for accommodation for self-travelling, or with a family

The receptionist was so unfriendly, poker face, make me perceive she is racist that discrimate to Asian customer, I notice that her attitude change when she serve caucasian customer. Feeling disrespected. It does not indicated clearly that daily necessary like toilet paper, towel and other items will be supply if request, therefore we waste our money just to buy toilet paper in the super market coles. We have a lot of luggage and need cart but only one cart is spotted in the lobby, moreover no staff will help you to deliver your luggage to your room. Self service (this is so troublesome!) The washing machine also spotted with lot of shredded papers when we use it. It is really far below expectation of this accommodation reputation.

Conveniently located with The Star Grand and the room set up was super clean.

Clean and spacious for a family of 4. I’d stay again.

Excellent location and view. Room rent already showed the values. The swimming pool was closed without notice for 2 days. This hotel is too big. There’s no service at all. Requested house keeping but no body came. We needed to clean up our garbage every night.

Luxurious hotel, amazing views and facilities on lvl 20. Check in was quick and easy.
