Great hotel in great location in the heart of the CBD, close to the river, casino, theater’s, museum and lots of shopping available at walking distance with a abundance of places to eat and drink

Great Hotel in an excellent location. The rooms are compact but they have everything you need for a comfortable stay. I think the best thing was how clean everything was. They have daily housekeeping so the room is always smelling fresh and clean. Check in staff are so friendly and there is no waiting. This hotel has four elevators so you never wait very long to get to your room or downstairs. Even though there are no balconies the rooms have floor to ceiling windows so the views are spectacular. Everything you would expect was provided, kettle, cups glasses fridge shampoo , towels etc. I needed some extra pillows and they brought them straight up. Location wise you can't get much better with a Cole's supermarket just downstairs and Ibis Styles is walk to everything, very close to the Casino and Queen Street and short walk to South Bank as well as train and Bus stations. There are too many cafes and restaurants nearby to list. The Bed was very nice and comfortable and not too hard like many other Hotels. The shower was large and the air conditioner worked perfectly. We really like this Hotel and will definitely be back again. Thanks to The Hotel staff for doing such a good job.

The hotel price is reasonable given its central location in brisbane , but parking is not free and you must walk to the uptown mall next door . Room cleanliness is very well

The hotel is located in a nice area, and the check-in and check-out processes are quick. However, I was not very impressed with the room size and the limited amenities. Nearby hotels, which are cheaper, offer a lot more amenities such as a microwave, dishwasher, sink, clock, and charging ports. These small features can make a big difference in the overall experience.

The location is really prime, able to walk in the center area of the town, amenities are less than expected but still well equipped with basic, the view is really breath taking.

The location is good, with a lot of attractions nearby. Unfortunately the laundry room is down.

The night view was really beautiful beyond imagination!!! The location was also very good, tourist attractions, restaurants, and large shopping malls can be reached within ten minutes on foot! I would like to give full marks except that the staff forgot to lock the door connecting to the next room.

Little get away, close to shops and other things. Didn't realise it was a public holiday so got a great view of the ANZAC parade

Had an amazing time. Great service. The rooms were amazing, spacious,neat and tidy. Would stay here for my next visit.

Overall is ok except for the pub next door on Thursday night. They had a band singing until 12:30 midnight which was loud, I couldn’t fall asleep until they finished. Also, every time if my neighbors closed the room door hard, my bed head would vibrate and woke me up.
