The location is excellent, with convenient transportation, just about five minutes from the train station. It's incredibly easy to get to all the attractions; the art gallery, Leeds Kirkgate Market, shopping centers, Chinese restaurants, and convenience stores are all just a few minutes away! Staying here is super convenient. Although the facilities are a bit old, it's perfectly acceptable given the prime location. The breakfast was delicious and very substantial, and the service was also very attentive! If you stay at this hotel, you really should experience the breakfast! Check-in was also great!

It was a great place to visit, I enjoyed it so much. As the name was shown on the Television when u get in. Awesomeeeeeeee.. I would luv to go there again it was truly an amazing experience.

This was the best value-for-money hotel during my trip to the UK. The room was quite spacious for British standards, clean and tidy, and serviced daily. The facilities were excellent, and it's very close to the train station, just a 5-minute walk. If you're planning to visit the towns around Yorkshire, I highly recommend staying here; it's much cheaper than touristy cities like York, and taking the train is super convenient. There's a shopping mall right opposite the hotel, and all the attractions are within walking distance.

have stayed at The Queens a few times lovely hotel travelled for 10 hours yesterday was shattered had an early night hoping for a lie in before the next part of my journey began was woken up before 7am by children screaming up and down the corridor running between two adjacent rooms slaming doors this went on for an hour when i went out all I was greeted by was the mother saying ”children” I got up checked out early and went and sat in the train station, I did tell the reception desk.

Great location,very quiet peaceful area beautiful room and very clean I lived it . But my stay would have been better if everything had gone smoothly I Just had a problem with the hotel asking for a deposit and not accepting cash for it , I do understand policies are different but after a 12hour flight plus 3 hour train ride all I needed was to get my room and rest but I had to sit for over 20 plus minutes trying to figure out what to do with my situation.I suggest they should be more accommodating and attentive to different situations and customers circumstances rather than just saying we don’t accept this and not willing to find a solution to help. Later on after about 30 minutes or so a very nice friendly manager came to my rescue and found a solution .which could have been done in the first place than having a customer wait for long because someone else is not willing to budge and understand a situation and find a solution.

The room was decent, and the hotel's location is excellent, right near the city center. You can find plenty of food options within a 5-minute walk, which is super convenient. Breakfast was average; the hash browns weren't as good as other places.

I was very pleasantly surprised by both the condition and the facilities at the hotel. Being in a service area, I expected a much poorer place, but it was top notch. The WiFi was fast, both for downloads and uploads (the latter being important for my work). Everywhere was spotless, and the air con worked perfectly (great in the very hot weather). The think that probably impressed me just was the fact that parking was free. That’s pretty rare in a service area these days. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable, and everything worked well. I couldn’t have asked for better and, if I’m in the area again working, it will be top of my list for a place to lay my head.

Ideal siting next to train station in city centre. Friendly and helpful greeting at check in. Quirky route to our “8th” floor room but fun to negotiate! Continental breakfast looked good though we went to Wetherspoons for a hit meal

The fitness center is well-equipped with modern machines, the pool/spa area is clean and relaxing, and the common lounge spaces are beautifully designed and comfortable. Everything felt well-maintained and up to date, and it was clear the hotel takes real pride in its amenities. I made full use of them throughout my stay. Room: My room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and housekeeping kept everything fresh every day. The bathroom was clean, with good water pressure and quality toiletries. Staff & Service: The staff deserve a special mention — friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth, and every request was handled promptly and efficiently. Food: Breakfast offered a nice variety of local and international options, and the quality was consistently good across my whole stay. Location: The only minor drawback is the location — the hotel is somewhat far from the city center, so reaching the main attractions requires a taxi or public transport. On the plus side, this makes the surroundings quieter and more peaceful, which is great if you want to relax away from the city noise. Just factor in some extra travel time when planning your days. Value: Considering the quality of the facilities, the comfort, and the level of service, I found it to be good value for money. Verdict: Despite being a bit removed from the center, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone who values excellent facilities, cleanliness, and great service. I would definitely return!

Have stayed several times when visiting family. Was disappointed this time not to have a fridge I had assumed all rooms had them and due to me booking later than normal I'd paid a higher rate than usual but got a shabbier room.I think they had changed the room I had booked as I'd booked a standard double but opened door up to a small room with a double and single bed set up. I didnt want my towels changing or room servicing but i witnessed reception staff constantly telling people they couldn't have there rooms serviced as they hadn't asked the day before and if you dont ask they dont go in to even change cups or empty bins. It hasn't put me off staying again.
