The room was clean and comfortable with excellent facilities. The entire hotel smelled lovely. Breakfast was abundant and hygienic. I especially want to commend the service; it's the best I've experienced in any hotel. Every staff member, from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping, had a great attitude. Thumbs up, perfect! Thank you all for your hard work and dedication!

Just got back from Weihai, and unfortunately, I picked the hottest days to visit. I also chose a sea-view room, which ended up being very warm, and the air conditioning just couldn't cool it down. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center, which was convenient for dining with kids. As a star-rated hotel, I expected professional service, and that was the main reason I chose it. I wasn't disappointed. As I mentioned, Weihai was sweltering during my stay, and the room temperature wouldn't drop. I barely slept the first night. After I reported it to the hotel, maintenance came to fix it twice in the heat, but I think the AC unit itself was simply inadequate; it blew cool air, but not cold. I reported it to the front desk the next day, and the staff member in the dark suit handled it with a very professional and proactive attitude. We had excellent rest for the remaining two nights. Throughout our stay, the customer service manager and even the lobby staff when we checked out were all very service-oriented and professional – something you don't often get with a B&B. Yesterday, I was in a hurry to change my flight and forgot to ask for the name of the front desk staff member who helped us switch rooms. I want to thank that individual in the dark suit; they made our stay in Weihai much more comfortable. If I visit Weihai again, I would definitely choose to stay here, precisely because of their professional team. Finally, I want to say that the hotel staff – whether in the lobby, at the front desk, or housekeeping – were all impeccable and highly professional. That's why I'm willing to write this review word for word. However, I do hope the hotel will improve its hardware facilities. In scorching weather, an underperforming air conditioner is a significant drawback.

The views of Yuan Lake are fantastic, and you can even spot the high-speed train. My partner and I were very impressed with the Chinese restaurant's dishes. The 'Old Chef Cabbage' brought back childhood memories of home-cooked meals, and the 'Guo Bao Rou' (sweet and sour pork) was quite authentic, though the batter was a bit thick. The sour radish and tripe dish was a great appetizer. The only minor drawback was that during the May Day holiday, there were a lot of families with children. The hotel's soundproofing isn't great, and the kids upstairs were running and jumping until past 10 PM. Plus, there was a persistent metallic noise coming from the ceiling.

While primarily catering to domestic travelers, this hotel is more than willing to accommodate international guests. I asked for a non-smoking room, and I think that the hotel did give me one. But there is something everyone should know about who goes to China. Many still smoke indoors, even near kids. No room is truly free from smoke, I imagine. My room had a weak smell of smoke, and that scent was in all the places, from the lobby and lifts to the corridor. Still, the hotel staff were friendly and kind throughout my stay. Talking to them may be difficult if you do not speak Mandarin, as most staff know a little English, but a translation app helps a lot. They were all kind and happy to help. This was my first trip to Weihai, and the trip was for a friend’s wedding in one of the hotel’s halls. So, the spot was quite good for the event. If you go to Weihai just to see sites or other fun spots, you might want to look at other places to stay. That said, the hotel has a sweet sea view and parks by the sea, which is nice for a slow walk and some clean air.

It was great to stay in this hotel in Weihai for three nights. The location is very good, just opposite the Weihai Campus of Shandong University. You can reach the No. 1 Beach and Torch 8th Street by crossing the campus. The most satisfying thing is the food and beverage in this hotel. The breakfast is super rich and delicious. By the way, the hotel also offers a set meal of sea intestines and rice. The price is acceptable and it is also very delicious. If I have the chance to go to Weihai, I will stay in this hotel again. When I left the hotel, I was given a gift bag of snacks that my children love to eat. It was full of sincerity.

The biggest and only advantage of this B&B is its beachfront location directly facing the SS Thistlegorm shipwreck. You can step right out onto the sand and enjoy the beautiful scenery! While the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room offer a sea view, the glass was dirty, making it impossible to take nice photos from inside. The room itself is spacious, and the facilities are decent, but the cleanliness wasn't up to par. As for breakfast, it was just some cold buns, dumplings, and noodles, which were truly awful!

Advantages 1. The room is simple and quaint, and the kang is large and spacious. 2. The whole yard is very quiet, and you can enjoy the stars in the sky at night. 3. It is very close to the beach. Disadvantages: 1. The check-in location is quite far from the accommodation; 2. The bedsheets feel bumpy and pilling; 3. There are mosquitoes in the room at night. After a night's sleep, my ten fingers and my family members' necks were bitten by something inexplicably. There were also small blisters, which were extremely itchy, especially at night when the itchiness made it hard to sleep. I hope you will pay more attention to hygiene in the future.

When you check in, there are waiters to help carry your luggage and guide you. The hotel faces the sea🌊 and has a private beach. Although it is the peak season of May Day, there are not many people on the beach. You can go to the beach next to it. The environment is very comfortable. My wife went to the hotel room first. There is a terrace overlooking the sea. Have a cup of coffee, sit quietly and listen to the sound of the waves. Sleep well at night, which is very helpful. The hotel's buffet breakfast is great and is open until ten o'clock, which meets the need to sleep until you wake up after a day of fun. This hotel was recommended to my friend and booked. I only want to talk about one question this time: my friend is visiting the beach and wants to have lunch nearby before returning to the hotel to check out. After consultation with our hotel, we want to extend the stay for 2 hours (for free), even 1 hour is fine, because the friend returns to the hotel after dinner Checking out is convenient and saves time. The hotel declined (late check-out) and said it was not allowed according to hotel regulations. Normally, check-out is at 12 o'clock. My friend had to rush back and check out first, and then rush to the beach (to have dinner). If you can't even meet the basic requirements of guests (many hotels in the industry have delayed check-out until 2 pm or even 3 pm), why should you open a hotel? At the same time, after several days of observation, the hotel occupancy rate is not too high.
