Great location and the room was very big my only complaint is that the pipes in the bathroom were very noisy and continuously making noise the entire stay. But a great location!

Really not that great for the price, it’s a very old building in the city centre, so it’s a little small and feels old too. Location is amazing, service is decent and overall clean. Resort fee is quite expensive and it includes a small daily non stackable voucher for use at restaurant which is not very useful.

Room is nice. Front desk is helpful.

Good option for downtown Boston.

Quite a nice hotel but super busy. There is a big park nearby for early morning run. The lacation is great, quite a few restaurants and coffee shops nearby

Great stay, good location. Close to stop 7 on the trolley tour. It might be because of the state or hotel but the incidentals and resort fee are particularly higher than any other state we’ve travelled to. Something to be aware of if you’re an international tourist.

Aside from the good location and cleanliness, there’s nothing worth mentioning about this hotel both the room and the service. Won’t book again.

For such a nice hotel the room need to be updated. the outlets in my room did not work, specifically the 2 closers to my bed. I had to run my extection cord across the room by the big lamp to get my medical devise to work. The bathroom sink could use an update. I could not close the pop-up drain. thank U! JORGE

The hotel is in a good location, right next to the green line, but the facilities are not well maintained. The facilities in the room are damaged. The phone answering is smart answer. It is very noisy near the road. People with poor sleep should choose carefully.

The location is very good, with Boston Park right outside the door. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Boston Library, Freedom Trail, Trinity Church, and Riverside Park, and about 30 minutes to walk to Boston Museum of Fine Arts. The room is very clean and the waiter is very enthusiastic. The disadvantage is that the room is not soundproof.

Booked a room for running in Boston Park the next day and activities in the city. Unexpectedly, I experienced naked racial discrimination. When checking in, the hotel front desk smiled and deliberately gave me a room with the worst location... And it was after I asked for a room with a good location (the front desk was unscrupulous behind-the-scenes operation). I remembered that I had the same experience when I stayed in a hotel in Boston during the holidays. I was given a shabby room with no view at the end of the corridor. I asked a Chinese friend in Boston, and she said they often do this. They always give me the worst room, and she is used to it😡 After communicating with the front desk for a long time, there was a misunderstanding. The supervisor said very firmly that it could not be changed or refunded. In the end, I did not stay and threw the room card at the front desk and left. I was so upset... Beijing curses + Northeast dialect appeared in front of me. I ordered a nasty soup and salad in the lobby restaurant to adjust my mood. I took a taxi to leave this Hilton hotel with extremely poor service🏨
