exceptional service and room- everyone is so friendly and helpful, and the room and bed is very cozy. Would definitely recommend as it’s also very convenient. Sad to see people on strike- wish these people would be paid better as they deserve it.

I had a late midnight flight flying out, so have requested for a late check out via trip.com comment box. When I checked in, the hotel told me they took note of my request on the trip.com booking and gave me a late check out. Appreciate the professional service at the reception! Very nice hotel, very clean and quiet. The room service is great. I called for water, toothbrushes, and kettles, and they were all delivered quickly. The takeaways I ordered were also delivered to the room. The location of the hotel is very convenient. I will stay here again next time.

The hotel is in a good location, but the rooms with park view on the lower floors are noisy and a bit noisy.

The room is spacious and clean, with a beautiful view from the window! The hotel is in a great location and very cost-effective. The macarons made in the executive lounge are great! The service is very good, giving people a safe and comfortable atmosphere and feeling!

The hotel is great, warm and the service is great. Datang’s service staff really have nothing to say about their appearance. The restaurant on the 17th floor is the Internet celebrity restaurant. We caught up with the snow and it was very comfortable to eat while admiring the snow scenery. There is a luxury store downstairs of the hotel, which is very convenient. Opposite is a park, with little squirrels running all over the ground. It's super relaxing to stroll around. room service is also very good. highly recommended. The room is big, with a nice view, facing Boston Common. Shopping around is convenient. newbury street is next to it. The starting point of the Freedom Trail is in the opposite park.
