We were disappointed with our stay. The room was basic despite the name suggesting a 'wild luxury' experience. The sky window was so dirty we couldn't even see the sky, the floor was damaged, and one of the aircon units wasn't working. We messaged the hotel via WeChat but received no response. We ended up sleeping in semi-freezing conditions. Unfortunately, this did not match the level of comfort or service we expected.

Fantastic RV stayed. My very first time on a RV. Didn't expect it was warm enough to check in during snowing. Bedrooms and toilet are so clean and very comfortable.

RV was surprisingly comfortable, with sufficient heating in cold weather. Friendly and helpful staff too.

The hotel is in a prime location, overlooking the entire Sailimu Lake. It has a beautiful environment, advanced facilities, clean and tidy environment, warm and friendly service staff, a professional travel photography team, and patient and thoughtful shooting process.

I have never seen such a bad hotel, whether it is a B&B or a guesthouse! 💢 As a hotel with a price of more than 2,700 yuan, the service is extremely poor, the location is extremely bad, and the internal environment is cramped. Can you find a second B&B like this in the whole country? There are construction sites, dust, grasshoppers all around... There is almost no space for the bunk beds inside, and you can get a few bumps on your head at any time. That night we experienced strong winds and heavy rains, and God knows, the door would be blown open by itself! We could only stand in front of the door and hold the door to prevent it from being blown open! Is this a B&B for 2,700? Are you sure this is not a gym? There are too many shortcomings, I don’t know how to say it! It’s a waste of life, and I feel sorry for my money if I don’t say it! I emphasize again that I absolutely do not recommend anyone to come to this place! If you have money, please go somewhere else, or even buy a tent instead of suffering here! If all these hardships were only 200 yuan a night, I would have endured it, but it was 2,700 yuan! Even if you have money, it shouldn’t be wasted like this!

The attitude of the on-site room check-in was also a mess... Environment: The view of Sailimu Lake is basically blocked. With such a high price, it advertises a 270-degree view, but you can't see anything when you go there, you can only see the construction site. The surrounding environment can be said that even the basic roads are not built well, and any car with a lower chassis will hit it. The surrounding environment is extremely dirty. I stayed there for two days, and several cars were extremely dirty. If you want to see the scenery, you have to go to Chaoke next door. Room: The parent-child RV I booked is so small that it is difficult to walk in the corridor. The door is broken and it is difficult to open and close. The surrounding area is still under various renovations. I really don't understand why you have to build so densely for such a view. Maybe the business is too good, and they only care about making money. From 8 am to 9:30 pm, there are all kinds of renovation noises….. Coffee shop: They do give you a cup of coffee, but if you buy more, a cup of coffee is 52, which is even more expensive than the scenic area… In general, it’s not worth it. If you want the scenery, you might as well go to Chao Ke next door for this price.

The room is not big, and I was not used to it at first. There is no ramp on the wooden steps, so it is a bit difficult for the elderly to go up. The restaurant is very good and the fish soup is delicious.

The hotel is located not far from the Sailimu Lake Visitor Center, a few minutes drive away, but the road to the hotel is a bit bad, so be careful with cars. The hotel can directly see Sailimu Lake, and the location is good. I booked a motorhome room, which is not bad.

The room was nice and warm when we checked in at night. We could take a shower as soon as we checked in, but the second person might have to wait a while. Saw a beautiful sunset. You can turn on the heater when you go to bed at night, but it will still be a bit cold in the second half of the night.

A very, very worthwhile hotel to stay in. The view of Sailimu Lake under the snow-capped mountains is so beautiful. The cabins are very comfortable to live in. The dinner and breakfast are very delicious. It is worth recommending

Very nice campsite, the cabins are well equipped, the scenery is nice, the service staff are very nice, and the breakfast in the restaurant is also very appetizing. I saw the staff digging wild vegetables in the camp, and I ordered a portion of dandelions they dug, which was very delicious😋

The hotel has a first-class environment, facing the Sailimu Lake. Although it is far from the lake, you can see the lake. Other things are just average. The air conditioning is not powerful. The temperature in the room cannot be lowered in the afternoon with a high temperature of 36°. It is too hot. Fortunately, it is cooler at night and the air conditioning is not needed, which does not affect sleep.

The campsite is near the east gate of the Sailimu Lake Visitor Center. You can overlook the Sailimu Lake from the room, and the scenery is unbeatable. The room is clean and tidy, and it is completely enough for our four adults and two children, and there is no problem with the hot water supply.

The scenery is beautiful But it's worth noting that in the wild, sanitation issues are not an issue. !
