It was ok but did not live up to expectations. A good point was the tasty breakfast buffet

Staffs need training on how to talk and deal with its visitors. Most of the staff are not professional and cordial. They don’t know how to host valuable room guests.

The best hotel in Bangladesh!

service so good. But I ordered 2 double bed room. that means two people will stay. I used trip.com book hotel for other countries . I never face trabble. but in this place they charge me extra 4.5 dollars. I think it's not fair. what ever great service

We liked the hotel. The rooms are not new, of course, but the linen is clean and nice. The room rate is a bit high. Our room overlooked the lower pool, you could hear the noise when the city was playing music, but overall it was quite quiet. The breakfasts at the hotel are ordinary, but they are enough to fill you up. The hotel has two pools: one with a view of Bogra, the other is lower, and you can relax and sunbathe there in both. There are also coffee shops with delicious cakes in the hotel and nearby. You can ride a tandem (100 taka), a boat (200 taka) or a Ferris wheel (100 taka). There is a water park nearby, which is also worth visiting for a fun time. In the evening, you can take a walk, ride a swing and take photos, as the hotel turns on beautiful lights. We had dinner at the grill cafe twice, the pizza was good, a little spicy, but the chicken and naan with nuts were very tasty. It is also possible to ride a helicopter - the cost and time can be clarified at the reception.

Overall, the impressions were pleasant. We rode boats and a helicopter. The territory is clean, beautiful, there is a place to walk. The first minus: very often at night the lights are turned off and the air conditioner that hangs right over your head (in our room it was like that... who thought of that 🤦🏻♀️) hums, clicks, etc. the lights turn on and off every now and then... In short, these were some of the worst nights. The second minus: such a large territory and there is no restaurant on it, and the buffet for 1800 taka per person is a so-so event.

I recommend it to everyone who loves good service. I am very grateful to all the hotel staff for their pleasant smiles and excellent work. I would like to mention the restaurant employee who, seeing that everything was too spicy for us, organized a dish without pepper, which we ate with pleasure. Professionalism is hidden in such details) Clean, beautiful, comfortable. Well done!

The hotel environment is high and noble, but the facilities are a bit old

Хороший отель рекомендую для отдыха, только не в выходные дни, все слышно, не спали всю ночь , раза 3-4 ходили на ресепшен чтоб разобрались Территория красивая, большая, есть активности Завтрак понравился, очень разнообразный-шведский стол Вертолет летает по особым дням, надо уточнять, нам не удалось полетать , хотя за этим ехали

I want to say that this place is amazing. I also want to thank Chef Johnny for helping me. He also gave me a complimentary ice cream. I enjoyed my time with friends so overall amazing place 😁
