The hotel has joined the Fletcher chain in the past few years and has therefore been renamed Fletcher De-Broeierd Enschede. The hotel is located in the middle of the train station between Kennispark and Twente University. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the above two places. The hotel has bicycle rental, ordinary bicycles for 10 euros a day, electric bicycles for 20 euros a day, and the fastest rider to the speed of 28 kilometers per hour. The room is a 2-storey duplex suite with a living room on the ground floor and a bedroom on the upper floor. The room is clean and comfortable. The hotel breakfast is OK. Because there are no shops nearby, it is recommended to have breakfast at the hotel or prepare yourself in advance.

Very good hotel. Staff very guest-friendly. Only the cleaning (bedded and toilet) was not good for such a class hotel. The bathing lakes were very thin, no hotel quality. Tip: change above and then you score excellent.

The room was cleaned well and there were many reviews that the staff in European hotels took things, but there was no such thing here.
One female staff at the front desk is unfriendly.
I had a lot of luggage, but it was hard because there was no one to carry it.
And you don't clean the bathtub.
I tried to take a bath, but I couldn't have hair and twisted hair.

Ik vind het een geweldig hotel en zou hier weer naartoe gaan de volgende keer. Supergrote kamers incl keuken, mooie moderne regendouche en goed toilet. Ik heb niets op de schoonmaak aan te merken, zeker niet voor deze prijs.
Het enige wat ik jammer vind is dat je niet kunt ontbijten. Heb je een restaurant, kun je dan geen ontbijt verzorgen? Ja, er is een bakker in de buurt maar ‘s ochtends in een restaurant ontbijten met een warm gekookt of gebakken eitje is toch erg lekker. Het restaurant was wel redelijk, maar het is leuker om de stad in te gaan en daar wat te eten.
Let wel op dat je van tevoren een link krijgt om de deuren te openen. Ik heb beide keren dat ik er was geen link via SMS of e-mail ontvangen. Toch wel vervelend als je ruim anderhalf uur hebt gereden en je kunt niet gelijk naar je kamer. Het systeem werkt op zich super. Via de link kom je op een pagina waarmee je eenvoudig de buitendeuren en je eigen kamer kunt openen. Het reageert heel snel. Van mij zou de tekst groter mogen. Die letters zijn nu wel erg klein.
Zeker een aanrader!!

Very close to the railway station and commercial street. Easy to travel, eat and shop. The hotel’s breakfast is very good, the best breakfast to a European hotel. Good hygiene and new facilities.
