We expected more, but this is just awful... if you want to ruin your vacation, come here. Every day we had to beg for cleaning in the room several times, the door to the toilet did not close and the toilet was loose. For 5 days we begged for it to be fixed or moved to another room, in the end, only on the 6th day did they fix the toilet and the door, the cleaning was terrible... for three days we asked for towels to be replaced, on the third day I threw them on the floor where there was trash (there were traces of my wife's mascara on the towels and a red dot on the second towel, in the end they shook out the same towels and put them away as if they were clean 🤦♂️ paying separately for dinner for 20€ per person, no drinks are included, a cup of tea costs 100 lira, translated into rubles 250₽ this is terrible 😧 a cup of cappuccino 200 ml comes out to 600₽, although in Starbucks you can buy a half-liter glass of coffee for 600₽ and it will be much tastier than in this hotel. In general, the vacation is definitely ruined They react to comments with a delay of several days, on the penultimate day of our stay they made a scandal for our own beer that they didn't even have in the bar and demanded to pay 🤦♂️ the waitress even called the director to sort it out... what a shame, I'll attach a photo below, the main thing is that they bring the bill for the beer and at the same time don't even think about cleaning the table, in the photo is my glass of beer that I bought with my own money for which they made a scandal. By the way, be prepared that you will feel like a prisoner, because they will watch you like guards, even if you have everything included, you will constantly have to sign for every dish and drink you order! Most of the staff are sullen and talk to you as if you borrowed from them... I want to note a few people who were sincerely friendly: the bartender Zidan, the chef Memet Okan, the animator Check, the waiter at dinners Vedat and another girl with red hair (I didn't remember her name). By the way, everywhere else they charge 10% extra for service, even if there was no service, you still have to pay for the fact that you came to the bar yourself, bought a drink and carried it to your table yourself... by the way, they won't refill the water in your room 😂 buy it yourself or make a scene, they only brought us water on the 4th day of our vacation 😂 anyway, I'll soon be posting everything on Instagram Igor Ishpakov you can see what's up to date there.
