Although there are rules for hotel refunds, based on objective reasons, should customers' feelings be considered more humanely? The hotel is also an international chain brand, but it does the same. I won't choose any brand of Marriott in the future.

Shuttle buses run to airport and to Mall of America every hour and can be called for if needed. The lounge has free coffee, tea and hot water 24/7. Very friendly and helpful staff. It was a very enjoyable stay.

This was my daughter’s favorite hotel during the 15-day trip! First of all, the room is very large, equivalent to a suite. There are 2 queen size beds in the room. The small living room is a sofa bed (can sleep one person without unfolding it) ➕ desk ➕ coffee table. The bathroom has a bathtub. Secondly, there is a 24-hour airport shuttle, which is the reason why I chose this hotel instead of other neighboring hotels (our flight did not arrive until 12 o'clock in the evening). The third thing is that this hotel has Internet phone calls. I don’t know if it is provided by Ctrip or the hotel itself, but this is great, great, great! After we landed, we needed to contact the hotel to send a car to pick us up, but since we didn't buy a local US phone card, it was not cost-effective to make international long distance calls directly. Others should be standard features of chain hotels, so I won’t go into details.

The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are sufficient, and the breakfast is acceptable to my Chinese stomach. It's a 3-minute drive from the Mall of America. Parking at the mall is free and parking at the hotel is $20. It was the first time I booked a foreign hotel on Ctrip and paid in RMB. I didn’t expect the hotel service to be very good.
