Strategic location with good safety protocols. No access to the room without room access card. Variety of food for breakfast. The egg omelette is nice.

Right at the town center of Bintulu. Easy access to all eatery outlets nearby. Ample public car parking lots. Good room setup with high quality towels. However must replace all existing pillows that out of shape.

Am a frequent Trip.com traveller and found this beatiful hotel in Bintulu during my busines visit. I would recommend this for a number of key factors: 1) Strategic Location 2) Cosy & Comforting Atmosphere 3) Wide spread of Breakfast (and delicious, particularly there Bubur is a must try). I would not dwell on the negatives because they are very irrelevant to address here. Will sure to visit again. Thumbs up ๐Ÿ‘

First time staying here.Nice hotel and clean.Nearby can eat around with walking distance. Breakfast is good and a lot of choices with this rate of hotel.Services are great also as the front desk person are friendly.
