Good morning

I liked the hotel because it was really well maintained and the staff were professional and really helpful. The location is good, really close to a U-bahn station and has many options of shops and restaurants around. I liked the breakfast at the hotel and the rooms were clean and well tidy. Having a coffee machine and little snacks for sale at the reception was also a great choice as it makes it easy to get midnight snack or something to drink. Only downside or issue I had was not being able to reserve a single big sized bed and had to manage two separate beds. I’ll recommend this hotel to anyone looking to lodge anywhere around Spandau.

Outside of city..

The bathroom was a bit dated and the cleanliness left a bit to be desired. The room itself was generally clean. Of the 4 elevators, 2 didn't work at all and 2 only occasionally.

The hotel is good overall, a little far away, but you don't have to consider driving, it doesn't affect you at all, the breakfast is okay, not too many varieties but enough. Parking is not free, but there is a public parking lot next to it. I found it after searching for a long time, saving 20 euros.

Nice environment, good breakfast

First of all, there was a strong damp smell when entering the room. We booked two rooms, one of which was not cleaned properly when we checked in, and the shower head of the other was broken and could not be hung. The service staff at the front desk was also very slow

The environment is elegant and quiet. The accommodation experience is very good. I will stay here again next time. The room service is also very good and comfortable. I also recommend it to others. I will come again next time I visit clients in Mannheim or go on a business trip to Berlin.
