Like the place so much, it was very clean and convenient place to stay, it just behind AEON shopping mall, walking distance to Kyoto station takes 10mins walk. Staff is very polite and room are spacious & good facilities in the room.Will come back again to stay here if next time travel Kyoto again!

Place is very convenient and close to main station as I rely on public transport. Aeon is just opposite if you wanna get food other than at Kyoto Station. Overall room is cosy but small so is the toilet.

Hotel is walking distance (5min) to Kyoto Station. There is an Aeon Mall just beside it with a supermarket. Laundry machine is a bit expensive at ¥800 for washing and drying of 3kg load. Only 2 machines and as both were occupied we had to wait for our turn. There’s coin exchange at the check-in counter machine. Check-in counter is not always manned and staff can be called via a phone at the counter. Room is a bit small but acceptable for just 2 nights.

It’s quite far but acceptable, overall is good and next to aeon

I really enjoyed staying here, all the staff are so friendly,and helpful. The room was great, and clean. The location is great, it’s located right beside of a department store,and it’s not so far from the station.

The hotel located near Aeon mall so it convenient for food and shopping. Also near Kyoto Terssa which is our destination. Staff have good service mind. All amenities you can take it by yourself at the counter. It's have washing machines and water refill on 1st floor. You can deposit your luggages and it safe. However, the walls are not soundproof, so you will hear the sound of cars or traffic lights, and the sound of water from the next room. Still recommend to stay here.

If you come too early and wants to tidy yourself, you should be aware that there is no toilet in the lobby. Check-in from 4PM if you’re not a member. The room space is really wide.

About 10 mins walk from Kyoto Station. Located opposite AEON mall, the mall is new and big enough for you to shop half day, very convenient. There is a machine (with different languages) at lobby, you need to self check-in and check-out, you can also exchange your JPY to smaller notes/coins there. No room key provided, just use passcode to enter hotel lobby and your room. Room quite spacious, with warm lighting. No bottled water provided, but there is a water dispenser at ground floor laundry (no hot water). Overall are satisfied, recommended 👍 Simple hotel (somehow like airbnb) with reasonable price.

Need to walk about 5 to 10 mins to kyoto station. It is next to Aeon mall with big supermarket, food court, several restaurants and small stalls for dessert. The room is big to open two 24" luggage. The bed and pillows are comfortable.

The place is good. But not recommended if you’re picky. Reception is small and staffs are stressed out but still friendly. Toilet and room are quite small but clean. In general, the service is ok for the price. I would comeback if I I travel alone but if with family or friends, I will not recommend.
