We are deeply sorry for the problems you mentioned during your stay. 1-The hotel has free parking, but due to the large number of guests traveling on holidays, parking spaces are first come first served. There are other free public parking spaces near the hotel. If the hotel parking spaces are full, you need to find parking spaces nearby. 2-Our hotel has regular pest control. The odor you mentioned should be the smell of this pest control. Because of the recent rainy weather, the room cannot be ventilated with windows, resulting in the room smell not fresh.
