Near the shopping area, but the noise from the nearby train track makes it hard to sleep.

Great price for berlin but you pay extra for early checkin and leaving ypur bags after checkout. Receptuon can be bit slow

The hotel is near the famous Alexanderplatz; unfortunately near the bridge of the U-Bahn. The smell of pee outside is off putting to say the least. The hotel and rooms are clean, unfortunately there’s carpet everywhere. So you can’t really tell. It’s not hygienic. The rooms are a little small, there’s little space to empty your luggage and nowhere to actually put it. The plug situation in the room is ridiculous. In a double room, there’s only one plug near only one of the beds. In the shower, there’s nothing to place your own shampoo and conditioner and so on. The TV doesn’t have any mirrorcast/airtv options to screen something from your phone/tablet, and most of the channels are in German.

The hotel is near Alexanderplatz, super location! Very well organized with breakfast and nice place where enjoy your coffee.

There was a bad smell in the whole places of the hotel but our experience is comfortable and good

Location was good and the main hotel room was decent enough. However, for some reason there were no handrails in bathroom or the hotel room so hanging up towels or other things was hard.

The nearest station is Alexanderplatz, a few stops away on the S-Bahn from Berlin Central Station. It's convenient as it's less than a 10-minute walk from the station. Some of the roads are paved with cobblestones, so it's a bit difficult to carry a suitcase. It's also a direct train from Brandenburg Airport. Check-in was smooth.

There is no refrigerator or amenities. There was a towel and a bottle of water. It has the bare necessities, is clean, and is fine for just staying overnight. There is a supermarket nearby, so it is an easy-to-use hotel.

Location near the railway. The service is weak. Cleanliness also has hope for the best.
