Hilton Garden Inn Cancun Airport Reviews

A great hotel to stay in before/after a flight. It was walking distance to terminal 2 or 3, although they also offer a free shuttle service from reception which we used for the very short distance to avoid the rain! The room was clean and had everything you’d want. The pool was nice and open 7am-10pm so we even managed a swim the morning before our flight! We arrived hungry just before 10pm and ate at the hotel restaurant and they adjusted a vegetarian wrap to make it vegan for us which was appreciated. It was very tasty! Breakfast was nice and also good for vegans, with almond milk and soya milk. A good stay.

Great for what it is, an airport hotel. Best location, close to terminals and car rental companies. Nice swimming pool, clean rooms and fine food in restaurant.

I just checked in Hilton garden inn Cancun airport. But thr room was quite disappointing. Safe was open, but inside of the safe, there were some eaten muffins and cookies. The coffee maker also has the used coffee pod in the machine. Furthemore, the in-room phone was not working to connec me to the front desk. After physically approaching to the front desk, I requested the clean up the safe box and the coffee machine. But, it took a long time someone to come to the room what happended. He just took some muffins and cookies and went away. 15 min later, a hoursekeeping lady was coming up and I requested a replacement coffee machine, but she denied and will clean up the coffee machine, then dissappeared. But, she didn't show up for 1 h and we decided not to use the coffee machine and to fall a sleep.

Had an awesome time, was great stay. But be careful at the front when you tell the staff where your headed...a strange car pull up request me to get it saying it was Canadian Transfers but very bad English and didnt know where I was suppose to be go.. When I questioned him, he left in hurry glad I didnt get in...

I was in the room 104 for one night. very noisy in the hallway regardless of whether it's day or night. people have no feelings and talk loudly in the corridor in the middle of the night as if they were alone in a hotel. everything can be heard in the room

While this is a well located girl for airport access the room was not up to standard. There was insufficient lighting in the room, apparently a lamp was missing. The shower head needs replacing because it doesn't function effectively

Great location, easy to get to a from the airport terminals. Food is good too.

Conveniently located within the Airport, offers a free shuttle service from the hotel to the different terminals. Check in time should be changed as 3 pm is too late. Clean and modern

For one night it was totally fine. Even there’s not much to expect.

Solid hotel. There was a pool which was beyond expectation. Perfect for temporary, one-night stays since its very close to the airport with direct shuttles.

The shower is terrible, very very small water, impossible to take a shower! The room has badly smelled, breakfast has not much choice and expensive. I will never come back to this hotel!

The location is good but poor sound insulation in the first floor room. Recommend to arrange shuttle bus pickup earlier.
