Excellent location. Nearby Orlando Airport. Worth of money. Room was very far from the hotel reception. Staffs are very friendly. Will book again in the future

Cheap hotel that gets the job done and can easily get to it by bus from the airport (just need to make sure to download the paw pass app). Breakfast was okay consisting of waffles, muffins, yogurts and apples but can't complain for the price. Also the shower wasn't great but plenty of amenities.

My stay was very good, service wasn't too bad my only complaint i didn't get what i choose for everything was good, cleanliness was great

I was there for 5 days and 4 nights, worse experience ever none of our keys worked the front desk was very rude and we didn’t have room service until the last day we left.

Location excellent close to everything, transportation, food facilities,malls, airport. Price reasonable. Good service.

Customer service was very good and friendly. Very helpful. Room smelled like mildew and mold. Shower looked under repair and shower floor surface was rough and sharp from what looked like some repair material. In-room phone didn’t work so had to keep going back and forth to the office desk when I needed assistance. (Also yes, used my cell phone) refrigerator never got cold and my food spoiled, what didn’t spoil carried the stench smell of what ever smelled bad in the fridge from before I got there. Air from the HVAC unit also smelled like it was pumping out mold. Very disappointed and feel bad for those who work there. Everyone was very friendly and tried to keep it cheerful.

There was black mold in my room. The room smelled of **** and must. The ‘free breakfast’ is mysterious muffins a pancake machine that doesn’t work and a juice machine that doesn’t work. The carpet was so dirty it turned my feet black.

It's easy to get to from Orlando Airport, and there's a bus stop nearby! There's a Waffle House right in front of the hotel, so you can eat delicious waffles anytime, anywhere! It was absolutely delicious! It's also about a 25-minute drive to Disneyland, so it's very convenient and I'd like to use it again!! Breakfast starts at 7am, and there's a waffle bar where you can make your own, cupcakes, and a drink bar, so it was better than the reviews said!! lol I really enjoyed Disney!! Thank you!
