A mid class hotel in centre of Belgrade. Rooms are clean. However, Shower is not so nice and smelly.  The breakfast is very small, don’t expect much. Coffee is good.  For that price of nearly €100 per night quite expensive.  The hotel does not have a lift. Parking only available in nearby garage. I paid around €17 for 24 hours…

Overall, the hotel is OK. Centrally located near Slavia square, good Wi-Fi, decent breakfast. Some of the staff is too much talkative though. The biggest flaw is the lack of the elevator, so it can be difficult to move your heavy luggage or just to take the stairs for elderly people.

Good location, clean, good breakfast, no elevator

Everything was great. Room was clean. Personal were polite. Location is the best. All sights are not far from the Hotel.

Location central and therefore street/ traffic noise although windows are soundproof. Young very customer-oriented reception. Top. Unfortunately this 2 single beds layout, so that you feel like in a school holiday center. And the wall needs some new paint/ or cleaning. Somebody smoked in the room or close by. That is a no-go!

The room is small, the breakfast is limited, and the price/performance ratio is low

The hotel room is not big, and the two single beds are also small. The room is arranged on the 4th floor. There is no elevator in the hotel. It is really tiring to climb the stairs every day when you come back. However, the location of the hotel is quite good. All attractions are within walking distance, no more than 20 minutes. If you want to go to other places, there are many bus lines near the hotel, which makes travel convenient.

Convenient transportation, good front desk service

This is my second stay. First of all, the service attitude is very good. They are very proactive in providing help. I would like to mention two handsome guys: Boris and Ivan, who are very enthusiastic and nice. Hygiene: Clean and fresh. Facilities: There is wireless network, but after staying in several hotels, it sometimes disconnects and reconnects. There is central air conditioning and a kettle. Location: Most of the attractions in the city are within a 20-minute walk; 18 minutes walk from the bus station and 30 minutes walk from the train station. We booked a room without breakfast, and there is a street of restaurants and coffee shops next to it. It is also good to go to Moscow Hotel for a cup of coffee. The location of hotel is very good, walking distance (within 20 mins to most of the tourist attractions in town), even to bus station; 30 mins walk to train station. I have to give compliments to Boris and Ivan, their service were excellent, very willing to help. They are the reason for us to be back for the second time. Also the gent helped us to move luggage to taxi at the day checked out was very nice too. Staff are great!

Small hotel, but the location is very good in the center of the city. The castle in the hotel introduction picture is not the hotel. It was a photo taken at the entrance of the hotel. The hotel is across the road. The guy at the front desk took the initiative to introduce the city’s attractions and routes.
