Terrible Hotel, not clean , door broken , no mini bar recharge , AC leaking , unbelievable, strongly NOT RECOMMEND, NEVER WILL BACK!!!!!!!!

Great location , room are big and clean Cons Called 4 times and visited the reception after waited for 6 hours to come check the AC but they come and check it next day and even after the repair was not cold enough. The water slides supposed to be open till 4:00pm but they close it at 12:00 noon

The hotel fully meets expectations. With children, it is a great option. Meals 3 times a day. Plus there are always additional points for snacking. Swimming pool for adults and adults. The entertainment program changes every day. The rooms are clean.

We were in this hotel two years ago and this year we went again without thinking. The territory is huge, well-thought-out, clean. Pine trees and a walk with classical music are just Wow!!! Probably the only thing that made me happy this year. Since the hotel is working the last week before closing, everyone was apparently working on their last breath.. they put us in palace rooms in the main building, a normal room, with a sea view. The service has gone down a bit. The food is kind of monotonous, but tasty. It's like they water down the alcohol or something. They didn't pour what we asked for. Or they pretended not to understand what we were asking for. The beach is dirty, there is everything in the sand. The beach strip is wide and the entrance is shallow. The service in the beach bars was already reluctant. The light on the ceiling in the bathroom didn't work, no one came in 2 days and didn't fix it, the maid didn't give a damn, she didn't change the towels even once in 2 days, she saw about the light and didn't raise the alarm either. It's a shame that the staff treats us like that... this is what the hotel service consists of, for which we pay money, mind you! At the reception they said that the hotel was bought by a new owner and might change its name next year...

A large, rather old hotel. There are slides, several bars, restaurants, etc. The beach is sand, with a few small stones, not annoying at all. The food is generally good, a large selection, you definitely won't go hungry. Amphitheater, baby club. Cons: - the hotel needs renovation - very poor cleaning: we have repeatedly seen how the cleaning lady pours the remains of unfinished bottles of water on a floor rag and "washes" the floor that way. Everything is covered in dust, the rooms are poorly cleaned and not every day. If you invest money in the hotel, tidy it up and improve the cleaning, it will be a very decent option in a good location. Overall, I liked the vacation, I like large hotels with a lot of space.

There is a damp smell in the village rooms, we were able to have an odor-free stay by changing rooms, the food has a lot of variety but the quality is mediocre, the employees are friendly and polite, the aquapark is nice, the sea looks dirty.

We went to the hotel 2 days before Ramadan. While the service was good at the entrance, we had difficulty finding someone to talk to in the restaurant. Some sections were not open yet due to the season. The number of employees increased during the holiday, but this time it was also very crowded. The landscaping of the hotel is wonderful, but the rooms are old and the cleanliness was not very good. It's great that they accept pets.

The staff and the hotel are very successful. You just need to be a little patient during crowded periods.

The environment is very, very poor, the facilities are outdated, the room has a strange smell, which does not match the photos at all. The food was bad and stale, resulting in food poisoning for guests after eating. When checking out, the hotel deliberately deceived that the room fee was not paid, refused to refund the deposit, and finally agreed to withdraw after a long dispute, wasting time and ruining the mood, and the service attitude was super bad. The price is also more expensive than similar hotels, and the experience is very poor. Cherish life and stay away from this hotel.
