Overall our 7 days stay were okay. Location wise, public bus services is just few hundreds meters away whereas the metro station is less than 1Km away from hotel. For us, the distance is not an issue as we like to walk and enjoy the local surroundings. The room itself is a bit small than expected but manageable. One issue needs to address to the management, your staffs at the reception counter,, no harm putting a smile or saying Hello whenever hotel guests walking by. Service with a smile....

We originally chose this hotel because it is located at walking distance from the Temple of Heaven. Apart from that, there is nothing to do in the area, with just a few shops. We found the attached restaurant relatively expensive. The room was good but quite small and without a mini-fridge. Apparently we would get an upgrade for booking via trip com but we did not get any upgrade. English is not spoken at the property but we managed to checkin.

Stayed for 6 nights. The room was very good, the service was also very good. You can tell the front desk lady if you need anything. It is also very convenient to travel. There are Line 7 and Line 8. I was very happy to upgrade to a large twin room. The room was clean and tidy, the whole house was smart, and the sound insulation and warmth retention were good. I have stayed at Vienna 3 Best Hotel Tiantan Branch for the fourth time this year. The front desk lady is very considerate and warm. The hotel is very convenient for transportation. It takes only ten minutes to walk to the north gate of Tiantan. It is about 300 meters away from Metro Line 7 and about 600 meters away from Metro Line 8. It is 2-300 meters away from Qianmen Street.
