Very clean and decent hotel equipped with high technology. I feel so home during my stay there. I had a relaxing night

The staff at the counter processed my room very immediately. In no time I got my room. They were pleasant and explained clearly to me my room. I asked how I could go to the station from the hotel and they directed me me the way. I receed the station the night before so that I would not be confused the next day. I was glad the hotel took me about 10 minutes to reach the train station. Not a problem. We went around the mall. Easy. Room was clean with newly automatic switches and music while you shower. It was a pleasant stay only thing tv screen options were in chinese so I had to take sometime to choose a show. But that was not a big issue. I love the hotel. Clean and new.

It is about a 10-minute walk from Beijing West Railway Station. You can go directly to the station entrance from the back passage of the hotel through the parking lot. The hotel is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and equipment. The front desk ladies and handsome guys are enthusiastic and the security service is in place.

The hotel room is relatively small, but it is located in the prime location of Beijing's Third Ring Road, so it is small but complete. The key is that the hotel is in a good location. You can walk to the north entrance of Beijing West Railway Station from the back door. The room is ok, but the network is really very slow. The TV can't be turned on except for watching TV programs. It takes a lifetime to buffer. The water temperature in the bathroom is low, and the background music is quite considerate. I don't know if it's the water quality of Beijing or the kettle. There is always a layer of oil on the boiled water. Basically, it's OK~

The bedding in the room is quite comfortable and there is a parking space. Cars from other places cannot enter the Second Ring Road, so it is quite convenient here and close to the subway. It is very convenient to park here and take a taxi to the Military Museum. I will stay here again next time.

What made me most uncomfortable about this hotel was the extremely unprofessional attitude of the waiters, which was unheard of. First of all, the guests were eating breakfast, and a female staff member suddenly walked out of the room in the corner of the restaurant, wearing a nightgown and bare legs, and walked across the restaurant to the other side, which might be the dressing room... I have stayed in so many hotels, and this scene made me dumbfounded. Second, I booked two nights with breakfast. When I checked in, the front desk gave me a breakfast coupon for one day, which was rare. Shouldn't it be given together? Of course, there is no need to care about this. As a result, when I had breakfast for the second time, I told the front desk to tell me before eating, and I could go in and eat immediately after getting the coupon. As a result, when I went to get the coupon, the front desk told me that I didn't have breakfast... So I had to eat breakfast for free? Later, I said, oh, I didn't see it clearly, so this is the quality of the hotel service staff? Third, I asked the hotel to clean the room the next day. When I came back, it seemed that it was not cleaned. The towels were casually placed in the cabinet. Later, the cleaning aunt said that the towels could be folded casually for the second cleaning, and they didn't need to be folded like the first day when I came in. I was shocked again!
