Service is great, actually really good, I would stay here again…..the price makes sense…. The breakfast buffet is truly amazing and a mix of both Chinese and western cuisines.

Best place , close to the beijing convention center. I really enjoyed all the hotel services.

Booked for 2 days. As good as a Hampton should be. Don’t expect too much though. Worth the money if you know what you want.

The room is very clean and the hotel is very new! I have been staying in their group hotels all over the country. One reason is that the hotel is newly opened nearby, clean and has good service! The other reason is that their hotel locations are basically located in convenient locations. This one in Beijing is very user-friendly. Recently, I opened a business nearby. I chose the cheapest reservation. The front desk called me that day to explain the situation. I told them that it was okay because I arrived in the early morning. It was the cheapest room type I voluntarily chose and it had nothing to do with the hotel. The front desk agreed to me humanely that there were other vacant rooms and they could help me upgrade for free. The room pictures are for free upgrades! Moreover, during my stay, the service at the hotel front desk made me feel warm! From the front desk receptionist's smiling service, patiently and meticulously explaining the check-in process, to the quick and efficient handling of the procedures, every detail showed a high level of professionalism. In the subsequent check-in process, there were problems that were actively communicated and solved. They always responded enthusiastically, using thoughtful suggestions and timely actions to solve the problems, making me feel as if I were at home. Such high-quality service must give a big thumbs up to the staff at the hotel front desk! I strongly recommend this hotel! This group of hotels in other provinces also have the same service attitude, which is really good! Like 👍

The stay experience is perfect. As the first choice for business travel, the room design is warm and comfortable, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the quiet environment makes people sleep well all night. I praise Ashley, the switchboard, for her thoughtful service! Whether it is reservation coordination or demand response, she follows up the whole process with an efficient and professional attitude. I look forward to meeting Ashley again next time!

Hampton by Hilton Conference Center is pretty good overall. Last time I stayed there for work reasons, and this time I brought my kids with me. 1️⃣ The hotel is easy to find and parking is convenient 2️⃣ The front desk lady was warm and polite, confirmed the check-in time in advance and recorded the parking matters 3️⃣ The room was arranged in a quiet location as required, and it was not the innermost room, which was a special request for staying with children 4️⃣ Ordered takeout twice, and the hotel delivery robot can display in real time on the TV screen in the room whether it has started to deliver, entered the elevator, arrived at the door, etc., which is clear at a glance 5️⃣ The breakfast dishes are standard, and I like the ones that children like to eat. Personally, I think the chicken soup wonton is the best, and it is pretty good overall
