JIANGUO Hidden Hotel Beijing Tian An Men Wangfujing store Reviews

I booked a non-smoking room for my 4-night stay and was assigned a room on the 6th floor. While the first night was fine, starting from the second night, the room began to smell strongly of cigarette smoke, and the corridor was even worse. I reported this to the receptionist, who moved us to a room on the 5th floor. Unfortunately, the same issue persisted, making our stay uncomfortable. This was very disappointing, especially for a hotel advertising non-smoking rooms. Management should address this issue to ensure a proper non-smoking environment for guests.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel, clean and location was great! Super close to Wangfujing shopping street + many shopping malls and resturants. Service was amazing as well, kind housekeepers and front desk workers. Would come back to stay again!

Overall this hotel is recommended because it was just few steps away from Jinyu Hutong train station. Very convenient! The most downside for me about the hotel was it did not have a bidet inside the toilet bath. In terms of breakfast, not much variety of food. Just okay.

4 star hotel and 5 star service. Hotel located at Wangfujing walking street and just next to one of MRT station “金鱼胡同站“. Breakfast excellent will a lot of choices. Hotel also have free laundry service. Staff service was excellent.

Location was fantastic, very close to Metro and 王府井 shopping district. Hotel staff are also very friendly and helpful! Got their kind assistance to collect my parcel that was delivered unsuccessfully from Taobao. Would definitely stay here again if I’m coming back to Beijing!

Railway station is so near, about 2mins away walk from the hotel. It is surrounding by malls and shops, very convenient. Not far from some of the tourist spots.

I recently stayed at Jianguo Hidden Hotel Beijing Tian’anmen again, and it was another pleasant experience. The hotel’s location near Tian’anmen Square is incredibly convenient for sightseeing, with easy access to key attractions and public transport. The serene ambiance and stylish design make it a peaceful retreat in the city. My room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to assist. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing and will definitely return.

Hotel location is excellent and the receptionist is helpful too. Our room size not big but enough for 3 of us. Plus point if u like firm bed and warm toilet seat.

Jianguo Hidden Hotel probably has the best location since it is next to a metro station (Jin Yu Hu Tong 金鱼胡同) and Wangfujing. It really does make it easier for first time visitor to get around especially Beijing metro now accept foreign credit card. The hotel interior displays typical modern simple Chinese design with spacious lobby. Check in was smooth but my parents’ room had a weird chemical smell at first. Hotel was quick to find a replacement room and luckily the second room was fine. The only thing we didn’t like was that we couldn’t control the AC in room since it was centralized. Since we came in late October, the AC was set to blow hot wind. Unfortunately, Beijing was still rather warm but we couldn’t use the cooling feature and had to open the window. It’s nice to be able to open the window but it was quite noisy outside in the morning since it is next to main road and also the pollution. Hotel offered breakfast but we found it was quite expensive for what was offered so we decided to eat breakfast outside (plenty of choices). We will definitely reconsider staying at Jianguo hotel again the next time we come back to Beijing.

Best location in Wangfujing.The Staff are kindly and effectively. The hotel is very clean.I used the free washing machine ,it’s very convenient.
