Great service and spacious rooms. Breakfast was amazing. Heated swimming pool was a nice experience.

If you want to stay in an international standard 5* in the Apgujeongdong area this is really the only choice. The basement connects into Seoul Metro and also Hyundai Department Store which is very helpful. The underground also has some excellent restaurant choices which are not run by the hotel but is very convenient. Staff are very helpful and there was mixed snacks complimentary in the room which was a very nice touch. Jogakbo the Korean restaurant is also superb and well priced. Great stay.

Clean facilities, kind staff and comfortable location. But doesnt worth $500 per night at all.

It’s so noisy, I can hear the next door blow drying hair and talk. Even ppl close the door and bring in the luggage, also ppl yelling in the hallway in the morning

Fantastic hotel experience from check in to check out. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly by the front office staff with ice cream and water. Process was very smooth with the staff, Joshua was very helpfully with recommending us a place to eat for dinner. The room is pleasant and large, with huge bath and shower in the separate room. The room had thought of all sorts of amenities that was helpful to us (charging cables, unlimited snacks). Check out was smooth and very lovely staff as per usual. Would highly recommend again!

My second time staying at Andaz Seoul and I’d come back again. Service is great, Korean breakfast option is amazing, hotel is right next to the subway station and centrally located, walking distance to a lot of good restaurants, shops and department store.

Amazing location close to shopping mall and subway. English speaking staff, theres a lot of resto inside the hotel. Really good
