I stayed for 4 days at Yuan Se Hotel in Beijing and had a wonderful experience. The room was cozy and felt just like home, with a beautiful city view from the 27th floor. The location is great—surrounded by plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. What made the stay truly special was the host. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went out of his way to help. Thanks to his support, I even got the chance to attend a traditional musical performance at his main hotel in the old quarter—an unforgettable experience. I'm truly grateful for his hospitality and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Beijing!

The Sanlitun nightlife area and Wangfujing Shopping Street were also within easy reach. ✔ Luxury Apartment-Style Living – My room was huge, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed, featuring a full kitchen, washing machine, ultra-comfy king bed, and a sleek modern bathroom. Felt like a 5-star serviced apartment! ✔ Exceptional Value – For the space and location, the price was much more reasonable than nearby hotels. We did not got any check in detales beforehand. It was very inconvenient to find somebody who speaks Chinese and could call for details. Our bad was clean, but the rest of the room was awful! It needs not only cleaning but renovation. At first they gave us a stinky smoking room. We asked for a different one. We strongly do not recommend this place.

We stayed here for 4 days. The facilities are very good, feel like home. Suitable for our family. We can buy food in convineance store and heat itu in the microwave. I even washed clothes and ironed them. It is located in the middle of the city. Every day we just walk to the Dawanglu subway station to visit tourist attractions in beijing. They also allowed us to check in late until the afternoon. Very convenient

The room that was given to us was not the same as the ones was shown, but the services from the owner was great. They were considerate that we would need a bigger bed since the room that was shown has a slightly smaller bed that’s why it’s not the same. Overall facility are great and the location is quite near to a station ( DawangLu, Line 1 ) which makes it easier for us to go to a popular tourist destination like Tian an men, Universal Beijing, and others so we save a quite a lot by taking the metro instead of using a taxi.

The apartment is nice, clean and surrounding with shopping malls and foods, also near to subway. The 管家 and the lady I contact with very helpful and prompt in responding my queries. Very satisfy and will stay again in future. Highly recommended! Thanks for the great service!

Nice apartment, great location, and an attentive staff

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The service is good, the lady whom I am in contact with regarding the apartment stay is very kind and helpful. They keep the apartment clean. The location is near to Dawanglu metro station, which is conveniently connected to a mall. There are convenience stores, coffee stores like Luckin Coffee, tea stores like Heytea, nearby. Thank you for the good stay! 👍🏻

The apartment is nice, quite & clean, location is very convenient, between 2 subway ( Guomao & Dawanglu), there are some yummy local food restaurant surrounding. The equipment inside the room are work very well. The owner, Mr. liu is very polite & helpfull, he help us to call Didi many times a day. We really enjoy our trip to Beijing, We stay here for 5 nights & will stay in this apartment again next time if we come to Beijing & introduce to our friends.

The room I stayed in honestly had a really bad smell as soon as I entered, and the shower in the bathroom was all peeled off and rusted, so I didn't even want to hold the handle with my hand. I didn't want to take pictures, so I didn't take any. They didn't even change the towels. I chose this place because of the washing machine and refrigerator options, but it was so dirty and smelly that I felt sick trying to eat. It was the worst. There was mold here and there on the walls.

I liked everything. Clean, beautiful view. There are many cafes and food around. It was spacious for a family of 4. But if you don't have WeChat, it will be very difficult for you to find an apartment. We were able to find it only with the help of helpful girls. Agree on the place and floor in advance.

The location of the apartment is very good. You can see the China Zun when you look up. It takes more than 500 meters to walk to Dawang Road Station on Line 1. Line 1 can go to Tiananmen Square and Wangfujing. There is also a Langjiayuan bus station nearby, which can go directly to the Temple of Heaven and Jingshan Park. It is very close to Chaoyang Park, Sanlitun and so on. The area is much larger than hotels of the same price. When I booked, I saw the super large projection screen in this room. The children had a lot of fun watching cartoons. The high-speed train was at 4 pm, and Butler Liu also helped to delay the check-out. Overall very satisfied~
