The hotel was a delight to stay in, friendly staff and wonderful grounds, there are many facilities from swimming pools to a bar, and even hot tubs in the style of a hot spring in every room. It's worth it to add the breakfast package it's worth it. Overall it's a good stay if you're looking to relax over the weekend. It's a bit out of the city so it could be a long metro ride or taxi ride if your looking to enjoy other the aspects of Beijing. But the staff and good amenities make it a memorable stay.👍

Very old hotel. The hot spring water is limited. Not recommended for onsen. Don't go for the duplex as the stair is very steep.

The hotel management is generally weak. In my last review of this hotel I mentioned several problems, e.g., weak air conditioning at 27.5C and no TV program, etc… for two days. However my wife loves the Sauna hot bath facility in the room so I extended my stay in this hotel - this is why the need to provide this feedback the second times on this hotel.  I went to the front desk to demand seeing the managers of the hotel concerned the many problems before I extended this stay. Thereafter, all my displeases were resolved in three hours. A staff was sent to my room with a device to unlock the aircon system and allowed colder airflow.  TV was working…

Had another great stay at this resort. Great service and a fun experience. Hot springs are clean and a beautiful way to have a relaxing stay away from the city.

Room is very spacious and the thermal bath in the room is fantastic. The hotel was very clean. The decor is very dated and could use an upgrade.

My wife loved the resort. She enjoyed the nice room, the outdoor jacuzzi, and grounds. I’m not the resort type, but was impressed with the affordable food and drinks, and cleanliness of the room.

I had the best stay at this resort. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. As a foreigner sometimes you get anxiety communicating with front desk personnel’s but the two ladies at the front desk made it so easy and comfortable for me. She even came to my room to ask for my WeChat for Better communication of my needs during my stay. I will definitely be back. The environment is calm, the room is clean and it’s a perfect staycation or baecation. 10/10 would recommend.

Great stay very comfortable

Expecting a nice hotel I was deceived by the welcome of a hotel (that is requiring repairs inside the room). On arrival the experience wasn't at the level and even if it was proposed that the Manager was to contact me, he did but after I remind to do so. In the future this hotel does not deserve to be, but my last choice. A pity because it could be a middle choice ( but never first). It's a personal experience, so if you are to go there I don't want you to be influenced, wish you well.

It is an old private hot spring hotel. The facilities are a little old but quite hygienic. The private hot spring is very comfortable and the room is very warm. You don't have to worry about the children getting cold. You can have fun. The hotel service is thoughtful, the staff are polite and have a good attitude. There are colorful lights in the park at night, which is quite beautiful.

The restaurant is nice, with good lighting. It feels comfortable to dine in winter. The dishes are delicious. One dish was served a little late, and a fruit plate was given as a gift, with a 10% discount. The service is very good. The room is a bit old, and the wallpaper is curled in many places, but the hardware facilities are fine. Friends who value appearance may think it is a bit inconsistent, while people who are more practical think it is nothing. The hot spring is always good. It's just a little strange: the door of the guest room is so heavy that you can still hear some noise outside at night, but it's not serious. The front desk service is good, take the initiative to call to ask what you need, and check in and check out are very fast.

The room is too old, the wardrobe is close to the bed, and the light will come on at night if there is any movement, and it will go off after 5 minutes. I basically didn't sleep all night. It's unimaginable to have moths in the house. The outdoor hot spring was always out of order. I had to ask the waiter to drain the water three times from 5:00 pm, then drain the water and then ask the waiter to drain the water again. I was not able to take a bath until 19:00 pm. I was in no mood to do so. As for the service, the rubber band of the shower cap was broken, and I asked for another one, but the housekeeping staff replied that they did not provide shower caps. It’s the fourth day of the New Year, and I really don’t want to be angry. In short, Chunhui Garden is no longer the Chunhui Garden of the past, and I will never go there again.
