We checked into this hotel on December 26, 2024, and spent more than 4,000 yuan for 3 nights. The hotel looks beautiful on the outside, but it is actually dark inside. The service attitude is poor 👎🏻, the room hygiene is very poor 👎🏻, the carpet is dirty, the sofa is dirty, there is a lot of dust, and the bathroom smells: moldy and feces. The hair dryer is full of dust, and the room lights are dim. We asked to change a room that day, and the environment was similar. Then the toilet was blocked again. I asked for two more bottles of water, and they said it would cost 10 yuan per bottle. I will never stay in this hotel again.
