First Time Staying in a Serviced Apartment – A Pleasant Surprise! This was my first time booking a serviced apartment, and I was genuinely surprised by how it compared to a traditional hotel room. The space was larger than expected, and the setup felt like a home away from home. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was even able to get an early check-in, which was a great plus. The apartment was clean and cozy, consisting of a living room connected to a mini kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. I was impressed by how well-equipped the room was, featuring a washing machine with detergent, a dishwasher, a sink with cleaning supplies, a fridge and freezer, a coffee machine, a hot water dispenser, and a full set of kitchenware—including knives, forks, spoons, cups, glasses, plates, and bowls. There were so many amenities that I didn’t even get to use them all! The bathroom was equally well-equipped, and I absolutely loved the rain shower—I enjoyed it so much that I didn’t want to step out. The bedroom was incredibly comfortable, with a soft bed and plush pillows. I fell asleep almost instantly. Another great feature was that the TVs supported AirPlay and Chromecast, making it easy to stream content regardless of my phone’s operating system. For breakfast, I dined at Kith Café on both mornings. The food was delicious, and I appreciated that the spread was different each day. If you’d like eggs, just ask the staff about the "eggs of the day." Overall, my two-night stay was one of the best I’ve ever had. The experience was well worth the price, and I would definitely return if I get the chance.

Location is nearby to shopping malls and restaurants. Easy to get by anywhere. MRT is nearby.

Valuable times at Singapore

Check was quick, great lounge room for quiet meetings with basic tea and coffee.

The air conditioner in the room is very noisy, and I can’t sleep more than 3 hours per night because of it. I have reported the hotel staff, but they say they can do nothing about the noise. It’s so bad for such a good hotel with bad air conditioning. DON’T CHOOSE THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE SENSITIVE WITH THE NOISE when sleeping.

The location is extremely convenient! Quiet yet bustling hotel with a pedestrian bridge connecting to a large shopping mall! It's located on the vibrant Orchard Road, Singapore's busiest area with many large and beautiful shopping centers and dining options.

Their beds have a squeaky sound when you lie on it so just a heads up for light sleepers! They did offer to change room for us but they mentioned their beds are like this. Breakfast’s spread aint fantastic. Pastries, some asian cuisine.

Amazing location, right across paragon. Good sized rooms and a walking distance to everywhere in Orchard Road at very reasonable price for stay. What else would you want !

Had issues with original room, which was too damp, and a/c was too cold. They were very nice to upgrade and change rooms cause there was no dehumidifier in the hotel. Location was great, and rooms were very clean. Would recommend staying again.

Room was clean and came with multiple cooking tools. The AC had issues but their technicians came quickly to resolve it.

Everything ok, is only the card key having problem. Always tap a few times is red. Told the receptionist n they say the key is working fine 😒 we staying 3rd flr, but coz the card key having problem we will always end up to higher flr before we can go down back to 3rd flr. 😅
