The hotel is ok for its location and affordability as we booked the hotel during off peak season. Though, we found some shortcomings that hotel management needs to improve. Normally, in other hotels that we have been, you will find disposable slippers, 2 bottled water, tissue on the rooms and toilets, soaps, lotion and shampoos. These are typical things that is freely available. But, in our rooms, these are missing. I hope the management can do about it.

Nice stay for 2 nights The staff were friendly, I liked the view. The room is good, the bathroom is big and nice.

Everything was good except there is no signal. It was difficult to use my phone for calling in level 23

Well room is cozy pretty clean looking. Just the room having no personal kits like shaving, toothbrush.

The hotel is in a great location, clean and seems more modern and newer than most of Novotel hotels I stayed. Staff very friendly and both check in and out took 5 minutes or less

This 2nd time i stayed in this hotel, and i'll stay there in future friendly staff (Noor during check in and Omar During checkout), help with smile.
