If you do not have special needs, you can ask the staff to provide them for you, or you can book a normal double bed standard room if you have another chance. Bath towels are provided in the room, and the hair dryer is placed in the room, not in the bathroom. There are relevant regulations for not placing toiletries in the room. I am very sorry. Regarding the insufficient items in the room, we will re-evaluate and add some basic items, such as paper towels in the bathroom, etc., and will also strengthen the instructions for disposable items to avoid inconvenience to guests. For the problem that the bunk beds are not stable enough, we will arrange staff to check and reinforce them one by one to improve the comfort and safety of guests' sleep.
