We stayed here as need to catch a train to XIAN. We did not walk to BEIJING WEST Railway but took metro instead. Metro station is within walking distance and there is lots of food outside of the metro. We take our dinner and buy our breakfast there daily. There is even sundry shop for fruits. The front counter staff give excellent service.

Hotel overall has a unique design to it given the various technologies it employs. However, just be aware that some of the "window rooms" actually has a window that faces the lobby.....

Staff is very friendly. We got an upgrade with a view to the garden park. The view was beautiful. The room was clean.

Perfect hotel at a good price - New, modern, clean and within 5mins walking distance to reach the metro. Smart washer and dryer so you can see how much time on each machine is left in the room. Only downside is one key card is given that is needed to power the room, so when one person is going to the laundry then the power gets cut.

I stayed at Jingqi Hotel for 5 nights and it was truly impressive! The hotel is located only 250 meters from Beijing West Railway Station, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. Highlights: The facilities are excellent, especially considering the price. The housekeeping staff cleaned the room every day and changed the towels daily. Bottled water was available upon request anytime. The hotel uses a central heating system, so the room stays warm during winter. If it gets too warm, you can request a fan from the staff. There’s also a washing machine with a drying function, which is super convenient for light travelers! The breakfast here is authentic Chinese style—perfect for those who enjoy local food. However, if you’re not a fan of heavy or starchy meals, it’s best to skip the breakfast option. Nearby, there’s a popular bakery and a blue-themed restaurant near the train station entrance that offers delicious and affordable food, much cheaper compared to Shanghai! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, even though most spoke minimal English. One staff member in particular tried their best, and their effort was truly appreciated. If I were to rate this hotel, I’d give it a solid 9.5 out of 10. The minor downsides were the central heating system making the room overly warm at times, and the overly bright control panel light. But overall, the experience was amazing! Final Verdict: Jingqi Hotel is a hidden gem for travelers—affordable, clean, and convenient. If you’re a Thai traveler or anyone looking for great value in Beijing, I highly recommend staying here. I will definitely come back again!

A lovely hotel in a shady location. The rooms are big and immaculately clean, well-designed, equipped with smart home functions (sadly hard to use for foreigners because it works in Chinese only). The bed is on the harder side but not uncomfortable and HUGE, they offer a choice of orthopedic pillows and regular ones. We found the floors uncomfortably cold because of the tiles, I wish there were rugs in the room. Also, the shower room lacks hooks for towels. We ran into some trouble with our room, but the manager (who speaks surprisingly good English) solved them to our satisfaction, upgraded our room and offered free breakfast for the inconvenience. Every member of the staff is welcoming and ready to help, even if they don't speak English, there is a convenient translation device on the reception. There is a robotic room service, but we haven't figured out how to use it. Mind that the smart home panel shines brightly in the night and the only way to turn it off is to ensure that smart home sound is ON, and only then turn DND mode on. The only real downside is the location. It's close to the subway and west railway station, but it's really uncomfortable and kind of shady neighbourhood. No places to eat nearby, the only convenience store is near the subway station exit E.

The entire floor smells like cigarettes, room temperature control is not working properly. Other than that the complimentary drinks(coffee, milk tea, and tea) and staff are good.

Overall very nice experience and will stay here next time. I initially booked it for 9 nights as it was very economical and I ended up extending my stay. While not everyone at reception speaks English (there are some that do), they have a live translation machine that worked quite well. I had no issues checking in. Also special thanks to the cleaning lady, that brought me extra water and tea when she saw that I was sick and stayed 2 days in bed. The location was pretty good, close to the subway station. The main station was about 15min walk through the park, and a bit faster through the street, but the side walk wasn't nice, so I recommend the park. It's also good location if you are taking taxis from the main attractions, you can reach Tiananmen in about 20min (just don't take a taxi during rush hour, or it will take you 3 times that). Having the laundry room with washer/dryer was also very nice, and they provide detergent. The "gym" on the other hand is basically in the reception and seems to be just for checking the checkbox. On the other hand, you don't need a gym in China, specially in this hotel. Just check out the free exercise area in the park 5min away from the hotel, it will blow your mind if you come from Europe (or other western countries). My only complain would be that the twin room didn't have a drawer or closet. The wooden thing looks nice in pictures, but it's not practical at all. A small cupboard with drawers would be so much more practical.

The hotel is amazing, especially the room features. Bed id really comfortable and room service is perfect. A 3 minute walk to the metro station.

First time to Beijing and glad we stayed this hotel, everything was nearly perfect! Overall the staff were friendly and helpful (incl. receptionist and room cleaning staff), they are probably the only friendly people we meet in Beijing haha (#iykyk) The room is very clean with voice-activated functions. They even have a cute robot to deliver your food / ordered items to your room. 小度 Xiao Du and the robot are both super cute!!! I love it! There are washing machines that are free to use, breakfast is quite cheap too (but limited options) Special thanks for a staff 王经理! 👍🏼 He helped me to mail out my parcel which was delayed.

Hotel is clean and staff are nice, clean lady wang is very nice and helpful

Thé room was clean , New technologies ( light, Air cond, toilets, bathroom) I have appreciated the drinks they offered me. But the corridors inside the hôtel smelt.
