The staff was not very forthcoming and the furniture should definitely be updated. Cleanliness is also not the best but location is very convenient.

The room and the view were stunning. One of the best features of the hotel is that it comes with cabinets already stocked and loaded with dishes, silverware, etc. I've never seen a hotel do something like this before. Amazing.
However, the room we stayed didn't have a fan in the bathroom. One of us came down with a stomach bug during our stay, and we had nothing to filter the air after using the toilet. It made the entire place stink, and nothing to do about it. Hopefully, at our next stay, we will be given a room with a working fan in the bathroom.

- bed was spacious
- room was huge with an amazing view of the city (24th floor)
- very good location (near parliament station, near grocery store)
- laundry and dryer were free-of-charge
- room came with kitchen area with dishwasher

- towels were slightly stained
- no smart tv

I previously stayed here with my family, and the service was excellent back then. They provided laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid&powder, and all kitchen appliances were functional. Trusting their quality, I decided to bring my family to stay here again. However, this time, the room was very dirty, with hair all over the place and an unclean bathroom. They no longer provided laundry detergent; we had to buy them from the staff. The dishwasher was also not working. We reported it to the staff on the first day, and they said they would call a technician, but nothing happened each time. We had to follow up daily, yet the repair was never done until the day we checked out.
Additionally, we experienced a fire alarm going off during our stay. Everyone ran down the fire escape and gathered in front of the hotel. Fire trucks and police arrived, but the staff provided no information. People had to crowd around and ask the staff individually, then pass on the information themselves. There was no clear explanation or updates on what was happening or what we needed to do next.
Everyone was very disappointed with the service this time.

We had a rocky start to the apartment - booked the 2 bedroom for 4 adults for 2 nights. One of the bedrooms was locked when we checked in, had to call reception to get them to unlock it. Once it was unlocked, there was an issue with the aircon where it would switched off after turning on. Reception came upstairs and changed the battery but then told me to “use my fingernails and press hard on the on/off button”. Then the 2nd day, one of our card readers stopped working so we had to go down to reception again and get them to recode the card.. all of sudden the fire alarm went off so we had to evacuate and walk down 10 levels of stairs only to find out the alarm went off because some guests microwaved popcorn which set off the alarm. Reception staff didn’t even inform us on when to go back inside - had to rely on the fire brigade people.
There are advantages to this place though - this is a carpark that you can park your car overnight for $38 per night, has basic amenities, wifi, balcony and tv. Easy walk to Chinatown, Melb central and QV. Hotel is situated on the quieter side of CBD.
Would stay again however don’t expect top notch service as there is no daily housekeeping and reception staff service is average.

Great choice for a family trip!
Nice kitchen with all cutlery and amenities a/v, including microwave, large oven and dishwasher, clothes washing machine, etc.
Also, they are all in good conditions!

I travel as family of 5 people with kids.
Surprisingly clean big room with 2 bed room.
Comfy beds.
Large weardrobe.
Spacious living room, and perfect kitchen and balcony.
Downstairs have mini market,
At the back is China Town area..
Basically easy for foodies and quiet area.
But, WiFi is bad 😓, cannot work online.
And the lift is on maintenance for couple of months, so we need to queue up.
Overall is great..
Will surely comeback 🙏😁

Booking thru Trip, but somehow it was not reflected on check in, had to wait for awhile for it to get sorted, but nevertheless, the place is spacious and clean 👌🏼
