It was indeed a great experience staying at your hotel. A team with a very caring duty manager and friendly receptionists. We’ve enjoyed daily breakfast very much as well, with a wide variety! After-stay service is good, too:  a “snack” pack upon checkout and what’s more? I’ve reclaimed my left-behind personal item afterwards!!! Heartfelt THANKS!

Room is clean but the room got abit smelly. So far is clean and the staffs is friendly.

The front desk and service staff are very pleasant and helpful. The location is perfect for those taking the high speed train. The only negative point is : The toilet do have a sewage smell. We arrived late and checked out early so the smell did not bother us much.

room was very small for 2 people. Shower was very inconsistent with water. Smoke smell through the exhaust fans and air conditioning. Location and service was good.

Hanting always my 1st choice in China! Front desk staff - good service , helpful. Room - clean and simple for all the needed, free flow water in the room and you may get it from the counter too. Breakfast - it’s not compliment, need to purchase the voucher at the counter Location - very convenience for MRT , food hunting One thing unhappy I would like to highlight, the washing machine , dryer supposed for the hotel guest to use end I found all the staff is using and occupied the usage, is it right? Staff should have not use the same as the hotel guest Kindly improve on it

It was a good experience with the staff. They were supportive and friendly. They helped me with what I needed. I will definitely consider booking again in the future.

Housekeeper forgot toilet’s garbage bag on the washbasin ,It’s so disgusting and full of musty smell In addition to, they drop my plastic bag without asking me The staff can’t communicate English and building technician has no service mind

Easter's family decided to travel to Beijing. After booking their high-speed rail tickets, they searched for hotels directly on Trip.com. Since it was their first time in Beijing, they first searched for hotels near Beijing West Railway Station. They selected several and compared the prices/reviews and convenience before deciding which one to stay in. Finally, I decided to book Hanting Hotel because I referred to other people's comments and this hotel is next to Beijing West Railway Station (about 3-4 minutes walk). We took the high-speed train for about 10 hours at night and arrived at Beijing West Railway Station at 7:30 in the morning. We entered [Hanting Hotel - Beijing West Railway Station North Square Branch] on Gaode Map and immediately got directions to our location. After walking for a few minutes, we arrived at the hotel. The lobby was very small and simple. There were two waiters (one male and one female) who quickly processed our check-in, which took about 5 minutes. Since there were no rooms available, we temporarily stored our luggage in the hotel lobby and went to see if there was anything to eat nearby... There is a restaurant right next to the hotel, and in front of the hotel (through the open-air parking lot) there is a large supermarket (a store selling daily necessities/food), which is quite convenient... Going forward is Beijing West Railway Station, and there is an underground street under the station (there are several restaurants and small supermarkets). If you are hungry at night, you can consider eating here (two stores are open until 11pm 🥰 At about 1pm, we returned to the hotel to get our room. The hotel has 10 floors in total, and we were lucky to be arranged to stay on the 10th floor. To enter the floor, we used the room card to tap the number on the keypad, which was very safe. After all, the hotel was completed in 2021 and will be renovated in 2024. Once you enter room 1010 (I booked a family room with a double bed and a single bed), you will find that the room is quite spacious with plenty of space for luggage. The first thing I did was to open the curtains and look at the outside environment. I was so lucky... It turned out that I could see the sea view and the high-speed rail station. The scenery was particularly beautiful💯💯💯 The bed has a mattress on the mattress, which is very comfortable. The pillows are also moderately soft and hard. I slept very well in these 5 nights and woke up at dawn. The color of the room is also very suitable for us, with pink blue and apricot. There is a very warm and relaxing feeling in the room. The designer knows how to take into account the needs of the guests. Thumbs up 🎊🎊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The hotel also provides self-service washing machines and dryers (two each) on the 9th floor, so that guests can wash their clothes every day, which is hygienic and convenient! ! ! 😍😍😍 If you ask me if I will choose to stay in this hotel again next time I go to Beijing, I will tell you... We definitely will 😉😉🎊💯

Very bad experience, different from the description of last year's renovation advertised online, deception. The room is very old and the air conditioner is very noisy. I checked in at almost 2 o'clock and left at 6 o'clock in the morning. If I wasn't too tired at night, I would have left long ago.

This is the third time I have stayed at Hanting. I stayed in the parent-child room with my parents. The room is large, clean and simple. There is a desk for working. The mattress and pillow are very comfortable to sleep. It is very close to the entrance to the station, which is very convenient for catching the bus. It is also close to Xidan. The hotel has a good attitude, rich breakfast and high cost performance.
