Simple comfy hotel with transfer to the airport, stuff is polite and good Location a bit far, but ok

Rating a location is very dependent on what you want to do. Proximity to the airport is excellent. True Go proximity to downtown (Dongzhimen) is possible through the 850 bus or the subway 2 km up the road. It's location is best for those wanting to be near PEK airport. The hotel was prompt in both picking me up and dropping me to the airport at 4am. The driver was typical Chinese in driving habits, which will seem jerky and impatient lane changing style to many. The staff were always courteous and attended to needs, helping with directions etc. Peng Shuo was very helpful and always had a smile. I was upgraded to a bigger room. The room was large, with a king bed, desk, chair and lamp and there was a chaise beside the bed.(see photo). The bathroom was cleaned each day and my bed was made. The shower did get some water leaking through the screen or door onto the bathroom floor, but it didn't interfere with my comfort. The bed was comfortable. Room service is available and food is delivered by robots. The breakfast was mainly geared towards Chinese style, however there was toast, cereal, yogurt, fruit, fried and hard boiled eggs as well as ham. There were dozens of choices if you like a Chinese style breakfast. Tea and coffee was endless. There are other restaurants in the area, which was safe to walk around at night. Overall the hotel was clean, although the hallway carpet is getting old. Overall I found TrueGo hotel good value and in a superb location near PEK airport. The room had excellent soundproofing and I slept very well.

Butique hotel located near airport To get there you need a car service which hotel organize for you  It is not easy to find the pick up spot and language barrier makes it more difficult however staff working at the airport is trying very hard to help Hotel room is cute, clean and has all you need for a stay. There’s not much around the hotel, but I arrived at night and checked out next day so didn’t do proper walk around  They serve small breakfast and give lift to the airport  Staff if super friendly

The hotel is super convenient for transfers to the airport and they even offer a shuttle bus to the airport which was great! The bed is super comfy and the room has everything you could need! Didn’t end up using the restaurant as I fell straight asleep but the service was very helpful despite the language barrier!

Spacious room, very comfy bed, and strong A/C. You might hear some plane noise, but earplugs are provided — I slept well. Free drinks in the room (Coke, Sprite, juice, water) and a fridge to store your own items. From 8 PM to midnight, they serve free congee, steamed buns, and dumplings — simple but lovely. Airport shuttle is available, just inform the staff in advance. Bonus: staff speak English and are very helpful.

Free airport transfer is the plus point. Room is basic but comfortable enough. Just needed few hours of snooze. There is a in terminal hotel called all seasons... this hotel is just a fraction of the cost. Value for money.

We stayed briefly at this hotel as we had 12 hours to wait for our flight home from Beijing. Service:The staffs at the reception seemed stressed out because they were probably not so used to foreigners. There was fortunately a kind, young lady who could speak some English and helped us through our short stay here. We had to rely on translating apps which is fine but it was a bit stressful since there were sometimes miscommunications, but everything went well in the end and the lady tried her best to accommodate us. Although the lady was kind, do not expect the same treatments from others who work in the hotel e.g. we did not really feel welcomed in the restaurant where we had our night snacks. A big plus though for the airport drop off service and the driver was efficient. Room: There were strong cigarette smells so we believe that the guests around the other rooms smoke inside there since the lobby also smell cigarettes. It is not the hotel’s fault but there could maybe be better regulations. Otherwise the room itself was very pleasant and true to the photos. It was clean, the beds were comfortable to sleep after a rough day of flying and we truly enjoyed our short stay in this room. The toilet did leak a bit but it was functional. Overall we recommend Qiuguo hotel for short stays as it is central from the airport. The hotel offers pick up service but it has to be reserved in advance, so we personally chose airport shuttle bus (which was confusing to buy tickets for the ride as foreigners, so I would recommend taking taxi). The area is also quiet which is nice when resting in the room. Considering the price, we felt the room was big and pleasant to stay at!

The hotel is good. Location near airport. Transit service is convenient.

Staff are friendly… we have took care of from airport to the hotel… quite close around 10 minute… not to bis but quite oke… You can sleep well they give 2 different pillow eqch bed… (hard and soft)

The Trip.com service mentioned that this hotel is tourist-friendly. However, there were not a single person to speak English, even a few words. That’s why there were difficulties from the begging, and to be precise — from booking a transfer from the airport. Everyone were trying to speak Chinese to us, and when we told that we don’t understand, they were just starting to speak Chinese louder. We thank god it was just a one night trip from Tokyo. To mention the good things — the room was good and large, and the commodities were not bad. But if you’re a newcomer to China, don’t even look at this place.

This hotel supply’s the top service with reasonable prices. Especially when we were late to catch our plan, the hotel staff try their best to organize a big car for our family. When I forgot my staff I hotels room, they helped me by posting package to the place where I temporally lives in China. People work here, have less stressful feelings, always smile to us… anyway,I feel very happy to live in hotel and I would like to book another room in the coming further.  Best regards,  Louise

They are very welcoming, woke me up to get ready and took me to the airport on time, the staff is amazing and the service as well. Lovely place , clean and very much convenient

Called the hotel to enquire about the airport shuttle pickup and staff kept repeating the same lines like a robot. The shuttle bus didn’t come at the timing they said and we had to cab to the hotel. Front desk staffs are overwhelmed, kept doing other things while processing our check-in at the same time and we had to wait at the counter. Water heater in the shower is bad, keeps changing between hot and cold by itself.
