TRUE GO Hotel X (Beijing Guomao Gaobeidian Subway Station) Reviews

The location of hotel is difficult to find when one is not familiar with the surrounding. It is in the new hutong area. It's a 7 to 11 minutes walking distance to Guobedian Line 1 station but it's not luggage friendly with lots of stairs. The night shift reception were very helpful in meeting my needs - help to carry my many bags and personal matters. Had a guest laundry area -washing machine and dryer, at the basement with the gym nearby. Can get the liquid detergent from the reception area. There's hot tea and coffee, with tasty biscuits to start the day or refresh oneself when one come back from a day out. There's a place to work with free WiFi, printer for print. The room is located next to the lift, which was at first was very nice with the convenience of switching off and on the TV, lights or air conditioner with xiaodu xiaodu. Nevertheless, the cleaniness could be improved as there's still hair on the bed and some hair and dirt on floor after housekeeping. It is also noisy especially when the hotel guest speaks loudly, slamming the door, there's smoke smell and doors towards the alley banging loudly. Overall it was a good stay with friendly, helpful staff and aesthetic, modern interior.

The hotel is easy to reach from the metro (although the steps at the station and the narrow, uneven pavements make it a little awkward with luggage). It's away from the city centre, but line 1 is convenient for most attractions. The area itself is quiet and peaceful, with a lovely walk along the river, although the selection of bars and restaurants isn't great. The hotel room was very clean and modern, with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and spoke English.

An excellent hotel offering great convenience and thoughtful services. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. The hotel environment is fantastic, located just a 10-minute walk from Metro Line 1, and the rooms are impeccably clean. It was a truly pleasant stay, with attention to detail that made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! The only areas for improvement would be the water pressure, which was quite low, and the ventilation in rooms with inner windows.

All was good, the price is perfect , nearly the metro station, small restaurants and shops.

The room is quite big and clean, very Beijing-style. It is very convenient to go to the city center on the Fourth Ring Road. The front desk service is very good. It is the first choice for business trips. There is a washing machine and dryer, and you can also print documents~
