The bed makes me itchy

My experience at the hotel was mostly positive. The staff was helpful and patient. The location of the hotel nearby the train station is very convenient. On the other hand, some guests around my room were very noisy and seemed to lack any understanding of how to behave in a hotel, going in between different rooms and chatting out loud in the hall in front the door of other guests. While this is not an issue concerning to the staff or the hotel directly, it would be a good idea to send some person from time to time to check that the atmosphere is quiet for everyone to have a good rest in every floor.
