Though it's not a big hotel the design of the room and amenities are very good. The hotel has everything it should have for a customer. I really love talking to Xiaodu, the digital AI who can control all the switch of the electrical equipment in the room or even tell you the weather forecast. The laundry room and iron equipment are also handy for long-term stay travellers. The robot who can guide customers to their rooms or even call you up on hotel's phone when it came in front of your room's door to deliver your ordered food was also lovely and added a bit of a good surprise!!

Really nice hotel as it is brand new. Easy check in for foreigners. Clean rooms with provided amenities. breakfast was included and light, but good. Highly recommend!

Convenient location bus stop right outside of the hotel. There are steps before entering the lobby; not suitable for big luggage. Fast check in and spacious room(8371). Have laundry room but may need to wait. Clean and comfortable. 👍👍

The room was very clean, shiny, and comfortable. Good thick curtains keeping room dark until check-out time. Very comfortable hotel, would stay this hotel again for business trips. Good coffee in the lobby.

Great hospitality. The staff was friendly, esp the short-haired Baymax lady. She really had amazing service mind. We had fun practicing Chinese with "Xiaodu" (AI in the room), whom if asked "Who is the fairest of them all", would reply "Of course you are!" (you have to ask in Chinese though). The service robot is cute too. This hotel is somewhat like a magical place, because the facade is very narrow, like... how could you possibly open a hotel with this tiny space! But once you go to the third floor, walk out of the elevator, wow, did I just pass through platform 9 3/4? how could these rooms and space be hidden behide that facade! There are plenty of restaurants and stores in the vicinity. My favorite one is "Dajiang Lizi" (Dajiang Chestnut) just across the road. They sell delicious chestnuts, caramel pecans and whatnots. The overall experience was excellent.

The hotel is comfortable and safe. Free soft drinks. Highly recommended.

The room is very comfortable, the front desk service is very good, I like this mattress very much, there is a bus stop right outside, it is very convenient to go anywhere

Overall good, clean, friendly staff, laundry room, restaurant, rooms are all on the same floor, quite convenient. Breakfast is average, rooms near the street are a bit noisy

College students nearby, have lived here many times, very clean, very close to Xiaomi Kuaishou, and behind is the Internet company group of Malianwa, the price-performance ratio is the best in this grade, with a small refrigerator, green tea, projection screen, smart toilet, dry and wet separation, highly recommended
