Haocai Muju Hotel Reviews

We stayed at Haocai Muju Hotel in Beijing for a week and had a really good experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating. When we asked if it was possible to upgrade to a bigger room, they kindly did so without charging anything extra, which we really appreciated. The room’s interior was amazing — modern, futuristic, and definitely not something you see in most hotels. The breakfast was also delicious every morning, and the view from our room was beautiful. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We’d definitely come back.

My bed and pillow had stains on them, it was absolutely disgusting. The hotel is pretty far away from the center of Beijing

The hotel is amazing! The environment is perfect, ideally designed. Very clean. The service is good. Our room was on the 25th floor and had a view of the city. Breakfast includes different kids of dishes and beverages. Thanks a lot! I recommend this place to my friends.

A nice hotel. Pluses: Clean. Modern furniture. Good location for visit Universal Studios- free transfer to and from, and the hotel is close to the subway station. 2 types of pillows. Warm auto toilet with light - very convenient! Minuses: In our room it was a bit noisy at nights - unknown flips during all night every hour from some technique which constantly woke us up. Not really attentive stuff in the dining room at breakfast. Pretty hard for the foreigners to understand the ingredients of the meal and to communicate with stuff. All in all a good hotel, ready to listen and help if any problems appear. I recommend it! Thanks for the stay.

Very polite & nice service from their receptionists, helped us to ordered food deliveries as I do not have a China phone number. They do provide free shuttle bus to & back from the Universal Studio. The room was big and clean.

Hotel facilities is good. Toilet is modern and has those fancy remote. Breakfast is good, hoping they will add more western breakfast like bread and butter. Some food are a bit oily though but it's not an issue as there are other options. I enjoyed the SOYA milk. Location wise it's near Universal Studios. However, I really thought the Harry potter robe is FREE. Unfortunately it's not it's a just "discounted offer". Not really discounted as I read there are cheaper option for rental somewhere else. Good thing we bought our own scarf and wand online, so we just use what we brought. Lastly, I really like the free use of laundry. It really helps a lot especially we have been travelling around Northern China for 8 days. so I still give 5 star even though I was a bit sad on the robe part.

Nice hotel for the price, but don’t expect European 4-star here. Overall nice room, with slight need of maintenance. Hot water is not really available until 10 AM, i think it runs out when everyone is showering in the morning. Breakfast is mainly Chinese but they also have a western selection. Mall with stores, restaurants and coffee shops (Starbucks as well) is in the same building with the hotel. Metro station is literally in the corner. Despite the staff is not speaking English, they are very kind and easy to communicate with a translator app.

The location was also convenient — close to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping. It made getting around with the family much easier. Thank you to the whole team for making our trip so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to other families!

As I think, it is a great price/value solution in Peking. Close to the metro station… several non stop restaurant next to the hotel. The room was quiet comfortable.

Big room. Nice toilet with auto bidet. Overall very good to stay for family 2 adults 3 kids.

The rooms here are very clean and comfortable. They are also very quiet despite being near a busy road. It’s really convenient to stay here if you’re going to universal. They have a bus that leaves at 7, 8, and 9 am that you can sign up for. The TV was a bit tricky to use but otherwise we had a very comfortable stay! Would definitely recommend.
