Holiday Inn Hotels in Beijing

The room is clean, comfortable, close to tourist attractions, the housekeeper cleans every day, the staff helps throughout the 5 days of stay.

We arrived early October to a warm Fall. The room was very hot. We complained and asked for A/C. I hope that we did so politely; however, all of BJ no longer was authorized electricity for A/C. We were working to change hotels, perhaps Holiday Inn Express, but we received a very lovely message and explained the issue and offered some help. We decided to stay and we were grateful. The breakfast and meals in the Galley is very good and plentiful.

Overall I recommend the hotel! Me and my partner have neck issue and requested memory foam pillow before my trip and even if they were not able to give me all the pillows on the first night, staff 87 Mr Keung wrote me nice card to apologize and followup the next day with the pillow! This is a small thing that I thought they would forget but they didn't! Very appreciated! The location is close to all the tourist places by taxi. As I have a stroller with me, I just took taxi to all the places to avoid the subway security clearance all the time. It's around 15mins to 20mins to tiananmen, wangfuxin. I think it is far from a subway exit which Google map read it takes 15 min walk. The down side would be it is quite dated so the fixtures are loosing paint and decorating is a bit old. But for me I just need the place to be clean and speaks english which checks the boxes. Oh I don't recommend the pool as it is small and rented to a swimming school so u will be swimming with locals trying to have their swimming lessons so only one lane available and there are no towels even for hotel guests and the pool person there doesn't speak English. As u can see in the pic, if u go into the pool u need to wear a swim cap.

I stayed four nights at the hotel. At check-in, I was upgraded to the business executive floor which is on the highest floor on the 41st. The hotel seems newly renovated and the room was very comfortable. The area is not too busy and the hotel is not noisy- perfect for people who just want to relax. The customer service was excellent. I left my jacket in the room after check-out and the front desk staff, Liam, helped to coordinate the delivery of the jacket to me. Overall, a wonderful experience that deserves a five star rating.

Overall, a very nice experience staying here. Extremely friendly and helpful staff made the stay welcoming. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great. Only small issue was that we couldn't really use or enjoy the pool because of constant swim lessons. Overall, however, a great place.

The room is clean and hygienic, and the room attendant is conscientious and responsible. The front desk attendant is warm and thoughtful, and the service attitude is very good. The overall feeling is very good, and I will stay again next time.

A highly recommended hotel. In the future, just look for this one when you are near here. It is a conscientious business with convenient transportation. It is very cost-effective to drive here. The hotel is very clean and hygienic. The staff Yang Jia is also very good.
