I found this hotel ok and not up to the general standard of other Hilton hotels. Whilst my room was clean, there were other parts of the hotel that were dated and required maintenance or repainting. The service was inconsistent, the chef at breakfast was just simply rude. If he dislikes his job that much he should consider doing something else. I watched to see if it was me and a language issue however he was the same toward Chinese speaking customers. I found the service staff generally standing around or talking even in the club lounge with little focus on service. Of the 5 hotels I have stayed in China this is the worst. Location is not that convenient and walking to Sanlutan is quite a distance.
All the staff very helpful and professional thumbs up to, Sean Zhang ...breakfast spread adequate, seven eleven. Mc Donald , pizza hut, supermarket literally just next door ( shopping mall ) ....free and reliable shuttle to universal studio....

Good big hotel near Terminal 3 of Beijing Airport. There’s a shuttle bus to airport every half a hour. Breakfast was a lot of things to choose. Good Chinese restaurant for dinner, half of Beijing duck is good for one person
Nice free pool, you’ll need your swimming hat or buy it on place.

The Good:
We arrived to find our rooms upgraded to larger ones (though I’m not entirely sure that’s a plus). The rooms are massive—over 50m²—with a walk-in closet, a bathtub, and a large bed. The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk to APM Mall and right next to Wangfujing Street.
The Bad:
The hotel lacks a proper driveway at the lobby, and there's a staircase leading up to reception. We’re traveling as a family for two weeks in China with three large suitcases and two smaller bags, and the doorman asked me to carry everything up the stairs myself. The rooms are in dire need of renovation—many fixtures are falling apart. In one room, the glass on the coffee table slid off when my kids accidentally leaned on it, which was quite dangerous. Both rooms we booked were in similar poor condition.
Housekeeping was inconsistent—they cleaned one room but skipped the other until we asked. Toiletries were limited to just a shower cap unless requested. The hotel claims this is part of an environmental program, but oddly, the other room was fully stocked, making the excuse feel insincere. Because the rooms are so large, some areas were dusty and not properly cleaned. Lighting controls are also a hassle—there’s no master switch, so you have to walk around turning on multiple lights just to brighten up the space.
I felt very good from the moment I drove into the hotel yard. Manager Qiu at the front desk was polite and enthusiastic, with a very standardized service process, and gave children breakfast service. After entering the luxury suite, the waiter thoughtfully added a bed for the child. The hotel is very suitable for family travel in terms of hardware and software. The hotel has a fixed location for takeout, which guarantees the safety and confidentiality of the stay to the greatest extent. The breakfast buffet is also very popular with children, and I was fortunate to witness a wedding on Saturday morning.
Facilities: Deluxe suite configuration that is in a standard manner.
Hygiene: A very good sanitary environment for staying.
Environment: The garden-style hotel is great.
Service: Intimate butler-style service.
