Hilton Hotels in Beijing

We booked for 3 nights and checked in, a total of 3 rooms, on 3rd Sept. The check-in was seamless and effecient, and the front desk staff Ms. Lisa Zhao was extremely helpful and accommodating to our various requests, from breakfast to last-minute printing to room type upgrades. We managed to finish our meetings earlier by a day, and not wanting to be caught in traffic, we checked out earlier, ready to forgo the prepaid extra night. To our surprise, Ms Zhao arranged for a refund for the unused night. We are very appreciative of this kind gesture. Overall we find this hotel to be very suitable for business travellers like ourselve, and we will definitely be coming back to stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was well-equipped, clean, and very comfortable. The free airport transfer (both ways) was a huge plus—it made our trip so much easier. The pool was fantastic and perfect for relaxation. Overall, a great experience, and we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Originally, the strong wind in Beijing this weekend prevented me from going out, so I wanted to check in at the Hilton Hotel Daxing near my home. I didn't expect to experience very meticulous, warm and thoughtful quality service. Since the guest rooms were not very tight, Mr. Qiu Shiqing, the manager (special praise and thanks) helped upgrade the executive king room and gave me the exclusive lounge service for the executive room, which was a great experience. The room has solid wood floors, southern French style, a separate walk-in closet and a 2-meter bed that is as soft as sleeping on marshmallows. The shower water pressure in the bathroom is super high. After swimming, I took a hot bath and instantly recovered. The water quality of the swimming pool is also good, the water temperature is suitable, and the gym is also well-equipped. I plan to come here to lift weights next time. The breakfast category is also rich. The seats near the window can enjoy the green plants outside the window and get close to nature. Other details are also a big plus: we bought a kite on a whim and flew it in the hotel garden. The staff who were taking a break came out to tell us the tips for flying a kite, but we still couldn't fly it because the wind was too chaotic near the building. Every staff member we met during the period greeted us warmly and took the initiative to point out the location of the takeaway cabinet. It feels that all members of the team represented by Manager Qiu are enthusiastic. We have included them in the list of hotels to receive relatives and friends, and we will come often in the future.
