The stay was excellent! I must give the highest compliment to the hotel staff in all area. Especially the Lobby, concierge and the room service lady. They were so helpful and friendly, recommended us to the sight seeing spots, restaurants and took care of our mid night room service attentively. I travelled with my litter daughter and we both had the most enjoyable stay. We would definitely choose this hotel again next time we come to Beijing.

Thanks to the wonderful team at Empark Prime Hotel Beijing, my husband and I had a really memorable stay during our trip. Special mention to Mark Wang and his team for attending to us when we first arrived, and preparing a nice surprise in the room. From the moment we arrived in the hotel, I could feel their warmth and good service, making us feel really comfortable and taken care of. Also special mention to Nora (at the lobby service) for ensuring our needs were attended to promptly, very helpful and friendly. On top of all these, the hotel’s amenities and facilities were also clean and well maintained. The housekeeping service was really good, ensuring we have a clean and tidy room to return to everyday. The hotel is located at a very convenient area - walking distance and close to the subway stations, convenient stores, and the nearby shopping streets and many restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely choose Empark Prime Hotel again when we return to Beijing!

The check-in reception service was good, with guidance, and the little girl took us to the room. It is more suitable for parents and children, the swimming pool and hot spring are good, the hotel is very close to Xiangshan, suitable for getting up early the next day to climb the mountain. The facilities are relatively old, which was expected before check-in. I thought it was okay when I just checked in. I didn’t expect that my family was scratched by the nails on the legs of the small coffee table by the window at night, and then I found that a small piece of wood fell off the legs of the table, exposing the nails. I called to send some iodine for disinfection, and they sent a cotton swab with iodine. Later, I called again for disinfection, and they sent a few ordinary cotton swabs, saying that there was no iodine, and I looked for it again, and then there was no more...
