Traveling with two children, the location is very close to the passenger port. Thank you to Xiao Zhang from the reservation department for upgrading the room. The check-in was quick and the room was clean. There were fresh fruits in the room every day and many extra bottles of water were given every day. I have eaten breakfast, Chinese food, and buffet in the hotel. The breakfast is quite satisfactory. The Chinese food is plentiful and reasonably priced, but the waiters in the Chinese restaurant are not as enthusiastic as the front desk and appear to be slack. The buffet is okay. The good food stall on the left side of the north gate of the hotel is good, and it feels better than the internet celebrity restaurant Yuexiang Kitchen in Qiaogang Fengqing Street.

I am very picky about hotel accommodation. This time I took my baby out to Beihai, and I chose Kaiyuan Mingdu Resort, which is really good. The hotel is very large, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the room balcony view is great. The hotel service staff are very polite, providing children's cribs, the various ingredients for buffet breakfast and buffet dinner are very fresh, and afternoon tea is provided. The hotel has amusement facilities and a swimming pool. The sand on the beach outside the hotel is very clean and fine. Although there was a small episode on the morning of the third day of stay, the hotel manager Julia actively cooperated to understand the situation and solve the guests' problems. She was enthusiastic, serious and responsible, and helped arrange a car to take us out. It was really considerate, and I am very grateful here. It is highly recommended for mothers who travel with children. We will stay here again during the summer vacation.

The front desk was nice and did her best to accommodate me in English, including providing her WeChat in case I had any questions. They also upgraded my room since mine wasn’t available at check-in. Be aware, the majority of the guests were senior citizens, depending on what type of vibe you want with your hotel.

I would really recommend this hotel just for the private beach! The public beaches are full of people, but this hotels beach was very calm and pleasant. In the evening we had a meal on the beach. The view from the room (on the sea side) was stunning. The buffet breakfast is amazing. Huge variety of choices. My only complaint would be the bathroom that felt a bit run down. Would need to be refreshed.

My friends and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza for one night while transitioning to Guilin. The hotel was in a good location next to the beach, and we were happy to have good rooms overlooking the sea view. For dinner, I went to the Chinese restaurant at the hotel, and they had excellent service and food (the beef fried rice is a must to have). The breakfast in the morning was great, with a wide range of options available. It would have been nice for the lounge to extend its opening times as they close quite early, and we could not access it. Overall, we had a good stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beihai.

Excellent, clean, new-ish hotel that is a very short walk from Silver Beach. Very friendly and helpful staff (special mention to Ms Celine Dong who checked us in, spoke excellent English and was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with information on the hotel and its surrounds. Thank you Celine!). Breakfast had an impressive array of options (including some western options) and the room (a family room with bunk) was very spacious and comfortable for my wife, two children (12 and 10) and I. Would definitely stay there again.

Isle Beach Home was a pleasant surprise. The view and closeness to the ocean is the best part of the stay. The rooms are very comfortable and the beds are of western hotel standards. The staff is attentive and friendly. They provide information about the island and also scooters for easy transportation. There is a restaurant on site with delicious food. It's also close to local seafood markets on the island. Another great part about the hotel is the infinity pool and deck. But there are a few things that detract from the overall greatness of the experience. The pool deck, although beautifully overlooking the ocean, is not set up for relaxing. The deck chairs are old and without cushions and there are no pool umbrellas to protect from the summer sun. And secondly, (this is not their fault or responsibility) the surrounding environment is the opposite of what the hotel promotes. The buildings and structures surrounding the hotel are unsafe and hazardous looking. But even with that, I would definitely stay her again.

I booked it on the platform two days in advance. The room rate dropped a lot on that day. The front desk was very enthusiastic to help me cancel and book again. Good service, convenient transportation, and I also went to the gym. It is especially close to the high-speed rail station. You can see it from the upstairs. You don't have to rush to catch the high-speed rail home the next day. I will stay here again next time.

For this seaside vacation, the hotel I chose was a real treasure! The location is excellent, just a few steps away from the beach, the sound of the waves is so close, it feels like it has its own 3D surround sound, and I can fall asleep with the waves every day. The surrounding environment of the hotel is superb, with lush palm trees and a large sea of colorful flowers, which is especially good for taking photos. The rooms are even better, the sea view room has an unbeatable view, and you can see the vast sea while lying on the bed. The facilities are also very new, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom is clean and tidy, and the quality of the supplies is excellent. In terms of dining, the hotel's seafood feast makes me want to stop, the ingredients are fresh, and the cooking methods are diverse. The breakfast variety is also rich, with both Chinese and Western food to meet the tastes of different people. Moreover, the service staff has a very good attitude, warm, thoughtful and considerate, and always meets my needs in time. This stay experience is great, and I will come here again next time I go on vacation!

Great hotel, room and view were amazing!!! Free pickup and drop off to the fairy Station. Room was super beautiful, spacy, and the view was stunning. You can rent a electric scooter at the front of the hotel and just stroll around the island. Recommend to go to Wucai Beach for the sunrise. One problem - breakfast time is only 8:00-9:30. Personally I think it's a very short period for a vacation hotel and ends quite early. Also, once some food ends - they don't refill, it's just over. Came in at 9:10 and many things were finished. Other than the breakfast issue, everything was really great. Had a wonderful weekend here :)
