Great place

The highlight of this place is definitely their pools, the view and peacocks running around everywhere. I don’t recommend for longer stays. Rooms themselves are incredibly basic with no soap and only two towels, the TV does not offer modern streaming platforms like Netflix or Disney+ to enjoy or even to log-in to. The place seems pretty outdated, one of the walls clearly had a “punch” hole that wasn’t taken care of. Keep in mind that you can get charged for basic things, if you bring food from outside and you sit in one of the huts you will get charged 1000php. However, if you are a very attentive person, charges and rules are stated either on sheets found within the room or somewhere outside. It wasn’t a problem with us. Winds is also quite high up, the taxis charge extra 300 php to come up here, no GRAB available. So when you come here, you are initially stuck with their own restaurants that close early (last food order at 18:30!), we were starving after coming out of the pool at night with no choice but to wait. Breakfast was alright, quite heafty. Although, we have put down several items on the list that was given to us. Later told that we can only choose one, which was misleading.

Very nice place we enjoy so much with family specially the swimming pool the view but no blower in the room cannot easy dry the hair if you shower

Ultra Winds Mountain Resort is a perfect place to stay if you need to unwind from a busy work. It has a good view of nature with infinity pools. The rooms are spacious and great too. I think the only downside is the location since you’d need a private vehicle or hire one just to get there.

The road to ultrawinds is quite peak and it’s not that accessible

A mountainous neighborhood near CDO city. You pay double price for a taxi ride (500 pesos). Beautiful landscape and breathtaking views. The place is pricy but it's worth it. Not everything is impeccable. Plumbing needs renovation. A very good complementary breakfast. Peacocks outside!!! The pool is exquisite - large and clean, with a city view. We had a City View Superior room, highly recommend it

The place was clean, tho a bit old. The service and food was superb. Overall experience is 4/5. Our one year old love the animals walking around. 😄

The place is family friendly. The atmosphere is really cozy. Its cold at night so you guys should bring a jacket ✌️The view from above is breath taking. They have 4 types of pools with an infinity view of the city of cagayan. They have a play area in the poll for the kids. My kiddos like it the most. It was a fun experience. The room is big and it has a balcony. Thank you.

Location. Perfect for relaxing. Very tranquil and soothing. Cleanliness. The room was not very well maintained Toilet and bath needs renovation. Floors and walls need to be cleaned very well. So many stains. Curtains are very dusty. Service is not bad. Just that the waiters need to be approached most of the time, probably due to lack of manpower also. Amenities. Favorite and highlight will be the pool. It is the gem of the place.

During our stay, we were quite surprised to find that the location was a bit further from the city than we anticipated. The room could have definitely used a deep cleaning to enhance the overall experience. However, when it came to breakfast, it was simple and straightforward, making it easy to start the day. Despite a few minor hiccups, we still managed to find some relaxation during our stay.

This is a great place to escape the city life. Situated on top of the mountain with an overlooking view of the city. You can view the sunset and it is spectacular! It was our second time to visit this place and same during my birthday week. We love the food, the scenic view. Staffs are accomodating and very tolerant with kids.

The place is pretty nice; it's really built on top of a mountain peak. We spent 3D2N here. Rooms are basic but clean (with some signs of insect damage to the woodworks). Cityview room is recommended. The buffet is one of the most affordable - the pancakes and ginataang gulay were the best one's I had. The service was ok. Their management could improve their staff (non-front office/non-f&b staff)in greeting and answering the guests with more gusto / pleasing way (since most do not bother to greet or just answer/ask in a neutral tone). The resort is very accessible. If taking taxi from the city proper, just double the meter fare. Going down from the resort via taxi, the rate is P300+meter fare as of February 2023.
