Ibis Styles Batumi Reviews

It was terrible experience. I recently stayed at Ibis Styles and had an incredibly disappointing experience. Upon checking out, I stored my luggage in the hotel's luggage storage facility, only to discover later that all money(600€) had gone missing from my bag. To make matters worse, the hotel staff informed me that the CCTV camera covering the luggage storage area was not functioning during the time of the incident. This complete lack of security and accountability in addressing the situation left me feeling helpless and frustrated. The hotel's management seemed indifferent to my concerns and showed little effort in trying to resolve the issue. Unfortunately a few hours later, I had a flight and did not have time to inform the police. As a guest, I expected better from a well-known hotel chain like Ibis Styles. A hotel should provide a safe environment for its guests, and Ibis Styles fell significantly short of that expectation. The missing money, malfunctioning CCTV, and poor customer service have led me to strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

Excellent hotel, very clean. People at the reception are amazing, helpful and always wit a smile. Really enjoyed my stay.

Great hotel with lots of amenities and play areas. Very comfortable bed, clean, great staff. Location is a bit out of the way but that's okay, great sea view and shopping mall nearby.

We stayed in this hotel chain for the second time (after Tbilisi), we chose them because the hotel was located near the coastline and the hotel was clean. Among the advantages of the hotel, I would like to note first of all its own parking; the staff speaks Russian well; cleanliness in the room; view of the sea from the room; presence of a balcony; location close to the beach; good soundproofing of the room. The hotel also has disadvantages, namely: the breakfast is monotonous and not tasty, not typical for Russians; coffee in the hotel chain has no taste; the room on the balcony lacks outdoor furniture and a dryer for clothes; there is no shelf for personal detergents in the shower. I also want to tell you about the situation that happened to us: the night before check-out, a fire alarm went off, we immediately called the reception, but we could not get through. We went down the stairs as expected, approached the girl at the reception, she replied that someone was smoking cigarettes. But I was surprised that they didn’t apologize to us verbally for this situation, after all it was the middle of the night and people woke up and got scared...

The room is not big, but very comfortable. The facilities are very good, with many entertainment facilities, billiards, table tennis, board games

The hotel has a very nice atmosphere, the staff is polite and friendly. Thanks to Ketevan for the warm welcome and Natia for the delicious tea! I recommend this hotel to everyone because it stands out from other hotels. Special thanks to Keri from the reception for her hospitality.

I am writing this review to improve the business because I know the brand is good. It is obvious that it is a new hotel, the rooms are designed in a modern and contemporary. FO employees are helpful and friendly, but I wish more information were given about the hotel because many people will not see the Guest Directory QR Code next to the TV. FO staff was not sure about the breakfast hours :) Our internet connection was problematic during our stay. The TV connection came after 20 minutes but the internet was not, unfortunately. We had to change our room key-card twice due to not opening the door. FB operation should be improved, there were 16 tables, and nothing left on the bakery side in the morning except slices of bread. We had to wait for the cups, and the fact that tour guests were leaving at that moment cannot be an excuse. The buffet is always in reserve and should never be left empty or incomplete with prior follow-up. FB Dinner: Unfortunately, the leaves of the tuna salad were either not fresh or waited a long time at room temperature. The Chicken Schnitzel was oily because it was cooked by not properly heating the oil. The general areas were fun and nice, and the DJ performance and the Complimentary Drink were nice for the guests on New Year's Eve. In general, the employees are friendly and I hope that with a little more training, better service will be provided.

The location of the hotel near from the beach but little bit for from the city center it's near from grand mall & metro city mall The stuff was so friendly and welcoming and very felixable specialy Lian & Lika they are make everything smooth. The celaless & haygine are very good The haygine are better than some five star hotel in Batumi but still need little bit improve on clean the carpet and use vacuum. They give me hospitality when I arrive which is I appreciate it. Good place if you want to stay in quite place no noise and clean. Notes: they must put tissues on the toilet and in the room and thier is no light on the shower area and the restaurant must be improve a lot to have more felixable time and more options.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at ibis Styles Batumi, at the end of my one week through the country on the road from Tbilisi to Batumi, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived which was a bit late but the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The room is quite huge in space, with a private balcony to explore the breeze from the Black Sea, luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service. Highly recommended!
