The room is tidy and comfortable, though the location is not convenient, the price is cheap enough and there are restaurants around the hotel. It’s not difficult to go to the Tin Shui Wai station

The view is nice. Convenient. Room is spacious enough. But the toilet sink stuck up. Hope they will fix it.

I am currently pregnant and came back to Hong Kong to visit family before giving birth. The hotel staff is very accommodating and considerate, they upgraded me to a hardwood floor room for better safety. The room is much bigger than a normal hk hotel room. Room services are available everyday and the cleaning ladies are very nice. The environment is quiet and convenient, as there’s lots of restaurants just right downstairs in the shopping mall. Delivery is also available and can be picked up at the hotel 24 hours reception. I extended my stay 3 times 6+7+3 nights. Recommended

The hotel facilities are little bit old and there were some odor came from the hotel room. Suggested that hotel staff can open the hotel room door after the cleanup. Regularly clean the room ventilation in order to keep the odor away from the room.

Very good hotel. Nice clean and good service . O always come to stay with my family on week end and public holiday for staycation. I feel like in my own home . Friendly staff .. The best hotel ..

Always a good value for money stay and more like a weekend getaway from the city for me these days. Highly recommended

Nice staffs. Location next to the mall , it is very convenient. the hotel do not provide disposable amenities but you can get everything you need at the mall.

The hotel is nice, the rooms are big however the rooms are very old. The water in the bathroom does not go down when taking a shower . Also the location is not convenient it’s very far from the city center and cost up to 450hkd by car to get the central or takes 1hr20mins bus ride.

We have travelled a lot for many years.  This hotel is as good as it gets.  From the front desk to those that clean the rooms, we could not be happier.  It is not downtown but rather in Tin Shui Wai which is one hour by bus from downtown.  Totally quiet at night.  Our room overlooked a park.  The hotel is part of a shopping mall with lots of places to eat.  The breakfast buffet is very good.  Totally recommend this, if we come back to Hong Kong for sure this will be our hotel.

Short and straight to the point. I am extremely livid and unimpressed by the service provided by the front desk personnel, his name is King. He was VERY rude the second I arrived, at 2 am, needing help and assistance. He was very dismissive and impolite. I asked and needed help with charging my phone as it had died and I was coming from China, the charging ports are different. He dismissed me and told me to go look outside for whatever I need. The hotel is extremely old and because of the poor air ventilation, the rooms smell very musty. The stuff had to do pest control. It is very expensive for the kind of poor standard. It is not cleaned thoroughly, dry stains on taps and grey scales. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
