Good location but a bit far from the beach. There are many restaurants nearby, such as KFC, McDonald's. Old building, comfortable room, friendly staff, mountain view, nasi lemak is also good.

Friendly staff, didn't get to try thier breakfast as we were out since early in the morning till late evening 😅

Overall the stay was good. The hotel is very close to the sea. The room is spacious. But it overlooks the hallway so the curtains should be closed all the time. Breakfast was included but i got it only the first day. The next day they said they are out of it. When i arrived there was nobody at the reception and the door was locked so i couldn’t let my stuff there and had to carry with me.

This place is in a old building, location is near Batu Ferringhi Beach, just few minutes walk away. The room is spacious but the lights were too dim. The bathroom is big but the shower is not comfortable because is attached to the ceiling so can’t bring it down. There are eateries around and convenient store. Overall this place has a home vibe, for a one to two nights stay is ok.

Most comfortable stay i have near batu feringgi. The receptionist is friendly and welcoming. Will plan next trip and stay in again next time. Free breakfast is simple yet satisfying. I love it there ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ask for sejadah but the staff said only have one and already take by other cust before me. Next morning I wait for my breakfast until 8am theres no breakfast serve. Dont know where can I ask cause theres no staff. I also whatapps the staff which I get the no at the door but no respond from them. cust from another room also asking for their breakfast and us waiting so long 🥲

Overall stay is pleasant. Staff are nice, and helpful. The interior decor is special and classy. Price is lower comparatively , and near to beach. Free parking, juz that it was location inside a mall , no security for the hotel as well.

The hotel is easy to locate..2nd floor of Eden Parade. Room is very clean and the staff, Arnold, is friendly and helpful. the hotel location is very near to the beach and eateries. Very recommended.

The location of the suite is perfect the bus stop is nearby so you can get a bus to go to Georgetown every 10 min or to go anywhere in Batu ferranghi. But the amenities needed to be improved . We opted for breakfast but did not get in time.
