Bath Hotels with Airport pickup service

Highly recommended. The breakfast was the best I had during my trip to the UK. It was half buffet and half a la carte. Coffee and tea could be ordered. Toast was also provided first, and then a staple food was selected. It cost 40 pounds per person to buy it alone. It was more cost-effective to buy it online with breakfast included. There were 2 hours of free hot springs in the morning and evening, a total of 3 pools, and 3 types of saunas: dry steam, infrared, and wet steam. It was just that the experience of foreigners was not suitable for my physique, and I caught a cold immediately.

It takes 10-12 mins to walk from the station, which is not good for those have luggages. The hotel is nice and convenient while the staff are all very nice. Only one of the lift is broken during our stay which cause certain inconvenience. Anyway, it is a good choice for family trip, the family suit is big enough for 4 people and very comfortable.

Travelled with my mother and aunt and my young daughter. We had a family room and a single room. Rooms themselves were as expected, comfortable and a safe space for the nights spent. The location was great for exploring all of baths glory and particularly for us the Christmas markets. My daughter is 4 and her little legs and all the walking having a hotel so close to everything was perfect. The reception staff at the premier were brilliant, the help and smiles were great. We booked for breakfast and dinner for convenience with a young child for our first night and morning. Dinner was a negative experience to say the least, the food was fine and even the server was kind but none of our food came out timely or together not even the children’s meal, we where sat for over an hour waiting for a starter. It took 45 minutes to even get all of our drinks and that was after repeatedly asking. They forgot some of the food and closed the kitchen so which we had to further chase the staff. We did raise this with reception as it was such a shame and Lily on reception was amazing in how she handled it. She was honestly a star and was as bright, friendly and helpful at the start of her night shift as the end! Breakfast was good, can not go wrong and the breakfast kitchen staff were really lovely and polite. Lots of choice. Complete different experience to dinner. Would recommend the premier in Bath and would happily stay again.

What lovely staff! That’s what always makes a stay and this was perfect because nothing was too much trouble! 100% recommend. Cheerful and smiley and every need met! A good buffet for breakfast, comfortable room, all v convenient for Bath centre on foot. Parking easy under the hotel and a great Waitrose next door! Sorry didn’t take pics but would stay again without a doubt 😊

Just returned from a 2 night stay and the hotel was spot on ! I had to ring the evening before as I had booked the wrong date, Sam was super helpful and continued to be so when we checked in the following day and he was on reception, greeted me as a gold member . He had a room ready and offered an early check in, and even accommodated ensuring I had a quiet room. Breakfast was better than expected considering it was included, and there were plenty of extra tea bags and coffee sachets by the lifts if you needed more for your room. Staff were friendly and room was basic but comfortable - as advertised ! Big thanks to Sam, as this trip could have started very differently ….. Will definitely work myself back to platinum with IHG now. :-)

We stayed in a triple room and were delighted with the comfort and cleanliness. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing - 2 of us had the full English and 1 had avocado, smoked salmon and poached egg on toast. There was also a selection of fresh fruit, yoghurt, juices, pastries, coffee and tea. All delicious. The location is superb, being very central.

Have returned from a 1 night stay at Hotel Indigo, booked for us by a family member so had done little research on the hotel, we arrived to a really friendly reception and were shown to our room 531. We were so impressed with the room and facilities, the entire place was completely spotless, comfortable beds, ample space and storage options, excellent lighting. The shower was divine! Reception phoned us to check everything was ok shortly after check in which was a nice touch and booked us in for breakfast at the hotels restaurant (The Elder) for the next morning at a time that suited us. Food and drinks at the elder were fantastic although a little pricey but that’s to be expected in Bath, however we didn’t mind the price given the excellent service received. Very close to city centre and all tourist attractions and good options of restaurants and bars all within a short walking distance. I really feel like I need to stress just how clean this entire hotel was, literally spotless in the room and all communal areas, one of the best we have ever stayed in. Nothing was too much to ask, all staff we encountered were more than friendly and made us feel welcome. We would definitely return to this hotel if in Bath again. Fantastic service all round. Last month we stayed in the Premier Inn 100 yds down the road from the Hampton and boy the hotels are like chalk and cheese with the Hampton winning hands down. Reception brighter with plenty of cheerful receptionists to check you in. Rooms are well laid out with everything you need including a safe, fridge, hair drier and iron. Lovely big walk in shower with plenty of toiletries to hand and lovely fluffy towels and believe it or not flannels. Two sets are laid out in the bathroom ready for use. We had a twin room and found the beds to be larger than an average single bed, very comfortable and lovely bed linen. The TV on the wall is huge with plenty of channels to keep you entertained. Wifi is free. As for the breakfast well we found plenty of choice - sausages, mushrooms, beans, hash browns and scrambled egg. There was toast, croissants and muffins, fresh fruit, cold meats and cheese and I also spied pots of Oats so Simple you could make up and a waffle maker which was very popular. Given that this was included in the price (unlike the competitor where you have to pay an additional £9.50 for breakfast) we found it was a good enough start to our day. Location is great with the only downside, as with most city hotels, there is no on site parking. Quids cheaper than the competitor when we booked what is not to like?
