The room was clean and tidy. The staff contacted me via WhatsApp before I arrived. They explained everything clearly and kindly. Very reliable!

The room is similar to a B&B, on the third floor of an old building, with codes at every level; the location is very good, a 5-minute walk from the train station/subway/private railway/urban railway/bus station, making travel very convenient; there is a front desk and a simple breakfast! Next time I go, I will book it again!

The room is spacious and faces the inner courtyard, which is very quiet. For three consecutive mornings when I had to catch an early train or bus, the staff was very considerate and allowed me to eat in advance at around seven o'clock (breakfast time 7:45-9:45). The food options are not fancy, just a few simple dishes that you would eat at home, which is enough. However, if guests take more showers at night, there will be a shortage of hot water.

We were very satisfied with our stay in this hotel. The room is very convenient, comfortable and cozy. The room always smells nice, it is cleaned every day. They provide slippers, shampoo, gel, soap. The room has pleasant amenities such as coffee, tea, and water. Breakfasts are normal but typical Italian (they don't eat much for breakfast), you won't be hungry☺️. We were met at the resepshin by a girl who provided detailed information on staying at the hotel and what to see in the city. Entering the hotel and the room through an electronic system is very convenient. Everything is at the highest level, I recommend this hotel. Internet also works well.
