The hotel is very conveniently located in the Centre of every places you need to go. We can walk to all the major tourist spots in Barcelona. The room is clean and spacious enough for the two of us. There are lots of outdoor restaurants right outside of the hotel so it’s feels very vibrant even when you go back to hotel late, so I think it’s a safe location for ladies travelers.

The hotel is strategically located near Passeig de Gracia and Casa Batlló, making it convenient for shopping and sightseeing. The hotel staff was friendly and courteous and catered to all my needs. Highly recommended!

The location of this hotel is unbeatable! Casa Batlló, Casa Mila, and Gracias Avenue are all downstairs. You can return to the hotel after shopping, and the security is very good, which makes people feel at ease. The terrace room I booked is very beautiful, and I can see the beautiful sunset every day. I will book this hotel next time.

The service during the stay was OK, but if you book a superior room with terrace, you may get a very small room that is completely different from the sample picture. This is the first problem. The second problem is that when I checked out of the hotel and went to Granada, I found that my wallet was lost on the plane. Since I was not sure whether it was lost in the hotel, I emailed the hotel that day to ask if anyone had seen my wallet. There was a credit card and 40 euros in cash in the wallet, but I didn't say anything else, but the hotel never responded. Although it was not a big loss, I have never seen such an attitude of no response. It's not a big deal to reply to an email.

The service is warm and the location is good. It's close to the subway station and convenient for traveling. However, the air conditioning is not powerful and the heating effect is not very good! Next time I come, I will choose here again!

The room is clean and hygienic, and there is free shuttle service. I came here with my friends and had a great experience staying in this hotel. The stay was great, the breakfast was delicious and there were many kinds. The beautiful woman at the front desk was very attentive and enthusiastic.
